Milano's Italian Grill

This was our first time at Milano's and it was better than we had pictured! Food was fantastic, tasted fresh. The espresso martini was delicious! Yall need to try the tiramisu, perfect amount of coffee and chocolate!
Service was fast, friendly, and kind.

Beautiful place to eat in Vicksburg. Very good and quality food. Great service. We ordered several salads, grilled salmon with vegetables and spinach cannelloni, all delicious. Plus, they had espresso coffee.

Just relocated to the area from Dallas, and I ordered delivery through Doordash for a night in. Lasagna, fried ravioli, and tiramisu. The marinara sauce that came with the ravioli and the meat sauce in the lasagna had zero taste- I can't understand how it can taste like NOTHING! Didn't even taste like tomato! Bread was bland also- no garlic or butter taste. Ravioli were the same- no taste. Tiramsu was just okay. Expectations were high, but results were awful. I don't think I would try Milanos again, even if it were free.

Food was great! We both ordered the grilled chicken with grilled vegetables. It was delicious. We ate a late lunch and there weren't many other restaurants open that had much in the way of choices. We walked in and the manager was so friendly and handed us menus with photos of the food. Very pleased we stopped in.
