It is no longer Otis & Henry's it is now a plate lunch style food. Food is good but it's no Otis & Henrys

Food was good! Had the Philly Cheesesteak and husband had the burger. However, they were not cleaning off tables as patrons were leaving. I cleaned ours with hand sanitizer and a napkin before sitting down.

My Fiance and I decided to try it out for dinner and our experience was amazing! Shanterrica was our server and she was so friendly and polite throughout our entire meal. Her and the managers made sure we had everything we needed and on top of the amazing service, our food was absolutely delicious! The portions are very generous and you definitely get your money's worth. Will definitely recommend to all of our friends staying here at ladyluck

Horrible experience, horrible wait staff, and horrible food! Was brushed off 3 times by waiter to place drink order. Then after ordering the Alfredo, he had to ask kitchen if they had another one left. Made me think it was pre-prepared and they were gonna microwave it. Well, suspicions were true. Then watched food sit at prep station for over 5 minutes before being brought to table. Now I'm patiently waiting and waiting and waiting for somebody to take my dirty plates and bring a ticket. I'll never be back!
