I received the wrong pizza, called store and was told that they were out of my item so they just sent me something else. Not acceptable, she told me she could issue a credit because it would take at least an hour to get a remake (if you are out of an item, how are you going to remake my order correctly). Told her that was fine that we would wait. 4 hours later I received a text that my order was on the way, this was almost midnight.. there was never a delivery anyway. Horrible experience, I just want my cash returned as I do not plan to order from here again. On a positive note, our delivery driver was great.

My whole order was messed up and cold. When I called the store they put me on hold, but I called off my other phone while still holding and she said she can only give me credit for something they messed up. At this point I asked for all my money back in even asked can I bring it back I assume they didn’t know I have a car cause she said they about to close at 9 pm. I want my money back asap.

To go only location. If you want to dine in then go to Pemberton square location. Large pizza is $12 with coupon. Pretty good deal so we ordered two. Good amount of toppings and crust is pretty good. Thin crust is like a flat bread almost.

I placed an online order at 4:56 p.m. I understand it's the day before Thanksgiving, but still. I entered the Pizza Hut on Clay at 5:35 p.m. My order still isn't ready at 5:45 p.m. and time is still rolling without me getting my food. What's the purpose of placing a mobile order if you still have to wait for it an extensive amount of time. I guess this is the reason I've never ordered from Pizza Hut on Clay Street. Should've just stuck with the one on Pemberton. 5:50 and just getting it. Please do better.

This isnt a bad review for this particular restaurant, more for the pizza hut chain itself. Pizza hut in general just blows, I really wanna like it but everytime I try to rekindle my love for pizza hut the product just gets worse and worse and worse. The people that work here r chill, no complaints with them…its just pizza hut as a chain SUCKS

I ordered a personal pan pepperoni with extra cheese when I picked it up it didn't seem like no extra cheese was on it wasn't in the mood to argue with her was on my lunch break so I really just paid extra money for nothing so I'm mad as hell I'm knowing all the time there's no extra cheese on this pizza
Service was absolutely terrible! Had to call multiple times to place and order and kept getting hung up on. Food was cold and nasty. plus the lobby was filthy! I would definitely not recommend eating here.

So my husband and I ordered pizza and got it delivered… had to call the store to have the driver come back out because we didn’t hear him knocking the door and then opening the pizza and they thought it was okay to deliver a pizza that has a slice that looks like someone took their finger across it and instead of making a new one they sent it out like this.

I ordered a thin crush pizza and it was hard as hell my bread was really old in hard I barely finished the Frist slice seriously ? absolutely terrible it's like eating on chips that's barely season. Back then Pizzahut was bussin but now it's ashame SMDH I don't know maybe to many children work over there and they just don't give a damn TBH they need to fired the whole crew it's like I wasted my money for unchewable pizza that me in my husband barely swallowed ??please fix
