Our evening meal at Anchuca was delicious! We had the surf and turf (filet and shrimp and grits) and both meals were prepared to perfection. The atmosphere was elegant. We dined in the library. We were passing through Vicksburg and will remember the evening fondly.
I love this restaurant! So nice and quiet after a full day of travel. I was so hungry and ended up having the surf and turf. It is a lot of food and always delicious! My filet was cooked to perfection and the flavor of the shirmp and grits with the steak was perfect. I had a glass of wine with it, a Pinot Noir that was available by the glass and it was perfect with my meal. I am coming back through Vicksburg soon and have already made my reservation for dinner that night.
