I have to get that particular apple at least once a week

Visited on 12/23/24. I won't be returning to this location anytime soon. The store has a great selection & good quality product,---and I've met the manager before, who is fantastic,--- but a particular staff member was extremely rude & unhelpful. The cashier was very short with me & had little knowledge of what they had in stock...Her answer to some basic questions was "I dont know" and she made no effort to find out. She didn't know any prices of the items I brought up so she had me walk back & check the prices for her. Then she rushed me while paying. I'd get better treatment at a Circle K gas station any day.

Went in yesterday evening to purchase some sugar free candy for a diabetic friend coming into town for Christmas, had the sweetest young girl to help me decide on what to get. Wish I had gotten her name. Very professional and helpful. Nice to see that in a young girl. She was of Asian descent.

Bad service!! Do not recommend. Asian girl is rude both workers are terrible. So sad to see business with terrible service! Asked lady what was a certain product and she replied with an attitude & mentioned she didn’t know as she was trying to rush me out! 0/10 terrible overall 🤢

Went the the store in pearl and PURCHASED 3 APPLES all 3 of our apples were HORRIBLE, I called and spoke with the assistant manager yesterday, because I could not eat them, that's what I told the youngman, and he told me he would give me 2 and I said I purchased 3and he said ok, I gave him my husband name and he said ok, just come by today and give them your name, my husband went by the store to get the replacement apples and they gave him 2 apples, when we paid for 3 and all three were HORRIBLE, I really don't think that's fair!!!!

Alexa, the store manager, was SUPER sweet! Customer service was phenomenal! Thank you so much Vicksburg Chocolate Factory!

Loved the whole place but the prices$$$$ are very high and stopped us from purchasing more.

Parking: It seemed to be located in a dying strip Mall so there wasn't any parking competition when stopped by. Nice place....hate to see so many places closing. Bad economy,I imagine, but the candy and ice cream were delicious.?

It's connected to Billy's Italian Restaurant, and you will get a discount if you eat at Billy's first. It's very beautifully decorated and has a wide variety of choices to choose from. There is even a wide variety of suger free items as well.

Awesome customer service ladies working there are professional and friendly I had a black walnut and butter pecan milk shake.

Not what it used to be. While the store smelled freshly of fabuloso the chocolates and treats also took on the taste of it. We go some peanut butter chocolate covered oreo and they don't even taste anything like peanut butter.

That counts for something right?The macadamia clusters are my favorite along with milk chocolate truffles! Marshmallows on a stick, remove stick heat up, delicious I wish y'all had milk chocolate dipped in cheesecake ❤️ The young gentleman was very professional & a hard worker!

The Caramel and pecan apples are amazing!!
