Food was difficult to eat with the plastic utensils. Especially with the pasta under cooked. Flavor was pretty good. Nice view.
Wouldn't have tipped had I known there wasn't going to be table service. No refills. Wasn't given silverware had to go looking for it when I asked about it. Will know for next time.

I got over 47.00 food today in plus my food service was terrible I got a lot of food all my lettuce was brown and black I don’t know until I bit in swallow in made me sick to my stomach they wrong for that fixing people food any kind of way I called and I got no answer but am calling again this not this go never again nasty ?

This is a pay at the counter and a self-serve restaurant. Staff friendly but not very helpful. Told them the coffee machine wasn't working, and when I left, they still hadn't looked at it. The food was delivered fairly quickly. Got an omelet with potatoes and biscuits.
Was good but bland. If you are in need of a quick breakfast, I would eat here. If I had time to go somewhere else, I would.

The wait staff was excellent, host and bartender were among the most rude people ever dealt with. We apparently were a huge inconvienance to them. Quite short in replies, arrogant of selection, not connected to task at hand. Never plan to return to this establishment.

3 beers to choose from. Nice AC and nice view of the river. My food came in a To go box when I clearly stated dine in.The fried tamales and sauce clearly not made in the kitchen.Glad this was just a snack and time killer

Great blue plate specials. Everything was homemade and tasted amazing. If you're looking for some home cooking, this is a great place with a view of the river.

We were passing through Vicksburg and needed a place to stop for lunch. The blue plate special was terrific and reasonably priced. Everything was homemade including fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes, cornbread, and banana pudding. Service was not the best, but for lunch it was quick and had a nice view of the river.

I stayed at the Riverwalk Casino/Hotel over the weekend, and unfortunately Smiley’s is the only option for dining in the building that I know of; my first time here. I attempted to call and place an order for breakfast around 9:15am to have delivered to the room and I was told it would be an extra $3.00 plus another 15% gratuity to have the food delivered. I believe in tipping however I tip according to service. I can understand a small delivery fee; however I’m not interested in paying such an additional outrageous fee for gratuity too on top of the extra $3!! So the person told me I could come down with no fee; I told her we would come down. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes. We go down 20 minutes later, and there is a long line; I ask if I have to stand in line if I placed my order already, and I was told yes. I’m standing in line behind about 9 folks looking at the menu holding up the line trying to figure out what they wanted. It made no sense for them to tell me to wait!! But I did. I’m in line, it was 10:05 before I got up to cashier and let her know I ordered from my room and I would appreciate hot food because I was told to stand in line all of this time. She rudely said “well I’ll get the supervisor and left”; the supervisor, Laquinta, comes with a bag of prepared food. She came up saying to me, with no greeting whatsoever “you just got here?” I had already explained to the cashier that I had been in line for the past 25/30 minutes waiting when I asked when I first got there if I had to stand in line and was told yes!! She didn’t seem to understand what I was saying and I reiterated, I don’t want cold food!!! Yes I did it with everyone in line behind me and in the restaurant listening by that point. I have a supervisor being rude and unapologetic and I have an 85 year old senior citizen with me that had to come down to this place for nothing!!! The supervisor, when I requested hot food, took the bag of food, which I have no idea why it was in a bag anyway when I said we would be down, and angrily told me that “they don’t normally reheat food for folks”, as though to say she was bothered by my request for hot food!! I then immediately told her, “you know what, don’t worry about it; I wouldn’t eat here if this was the last place to eat on this earth!” I then left with my friend. I sent my friend back up to our room, and walked 15 minutes one way to the casino down the street to get my friend some breakfast from there. I didn’t have time by this time, 10:20 to get myself breakfast and eat because I had somewhere to be by 11:00. I got back to the room at 10:47 just in time to go back down to leave at 11. Dealing with smileys today was not only a troublesome experience, but cost me and my senior friend time, inconvenience, and funds. I do not know if my room was charged for that breakfast or not, but I will not pay a dime for it. In fact, I request a formal apology to my friend for our terrible experience and a gift card for her should she ever return. I have no desire or interest to ever eat there!! I also request not only the employee cashier receive counseling on customer service but also the supervisor, Laquinta needs a lot of training and counseling in the area based on my experience in the field for over 30 years to include 21 serving our country. I do not at all appreciate the treatment I received today!! Thank you for your time and I highly encourage others to not eat here but to make the trip to Ballys. My friend enjoyed their breakfast today, and I took the hike back there for our dinner as well, two pork chop plates with two sides a dessert and drink, and the Bally pork chops are delicious!! I also attempted to call this evening to inform a supervisor of my experience in the hopes of working out the situation, and not only was I put on hold for over 10 minutes; the supervisor Tiffany, came to the phone yelling in my ear unprofessionally to someone else; by the time she finally addressed me, I was even more frustrated. She then asked who she was speaking to with an attitude and I said my name and in

The breakfast at this place was great. I had a double eggs, hash browns. Was a great breakfast. Next time I stay there, I will be sure to enjoy their breakfast
