Local customer-will go out of my way to use another location because this location never has enough staff, don’t often have the drive through open, online orders take way longer than stated, are often out of commonly ordered basic things on the menu, staff is not friendly (it seems like the nice employees don’t stay long).

Last time I was here, the service was just fine. Today was absolutely awful. I ordered $40 worth of food and it was all old and gross. I didn't even get what I ordered. They were slow and rude and didn't have a lot of what we wanted to order. Gross gross gross.

I always get a large Recess Peanut butter cup blast.But the other day I went through the drive thru,and when I got home I realized that they had put sooooo much ice cream and just a tiny bit of candy.They haven't done that before but trust and believe it has happened several times in another state that I lived in.I called ,I mean,it's a 7$ dessert that I can eat on 2 times.But when I called to tell them, I got a truly professional team leader ,Noah,whom made it right!!! Thank you Noah for knowing how customer service works.Also,Halls Ferry Rd. Is where I always go,and everyone has always been kind, friendly, and professional ?
I used the drive through, then I parked in one of the slots to eat, that's sort of dining in.Kid-friendliness: This Sonic doesn't have a play area for kids. It does have things that kids will eat.
I ordered one thing, ONE! How complicated is a large tots? What I got? Fried mozzarella sticks, which I do NOT eat!!! Haven’t eaten from this location for years & decided to give it a chance today, that was a mistake. So thanks for wasting my time and $ as well as reminding me one of the reasons I stopped going to this location.

Edited my review because the previous one was “tmi”Moral of the story, I was admitted to the hospital with food poisoning, I have never felt that way ever in life!I ordered a cheese burger with grilled onions, tomato, lettuce, mayo, mustard, and a side of chili cheese tots. My stomach is turning just thinking about it. I will never eat from another sonic again, I am traumatized!
