I have given this place multiple chances. I’m done. Quality control here is terrible. The lattes are awful. It’s not a one off. It’s every time. The white lady with tats doesn’t know what she is doing. Why is the taste here so different than all of the other Starbucks?

Got a coffee yesterday and it was good, got the same coffee today and it was horrible. I ordered a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, except they gave it to me with no milk, and service had an attitude when handing it to me.
