When I tell you, this particular Starbucks location has never failed me I mean it - I get Starbucks every morning before work and sometimes get lunch too because they are quick , easy and so damn good every time. But this time in particular idk what was done different but yet it was 10 times better this morning I’ve gotten a pink drink 1,000 times and this one took the prize. Whoever they got in there whipping up drinks like this needs a Nobel prize 😍🙌

Wow, I have never been so disgusted with a Starbucks. Dirty tables and floors, the worker spilled a drink all over the pick up table and left it. She had a terrible attitude not sure of her name but she had what looked like a hello kitty stuffy keychain on her pants.. Awful people were waiting and waiting . I would have to say skip this Starbucks all together.

It is a Starbucks. You would expect consistency and efficiency. However, it took 25 minutes to get 2 beverages. The place barely had any people inside when I entered and a few cars in the drive through. The couple that came in behind me received their beverages before me. This place needs some work. Had to come back and edit this more. My wife's coffee was to thin and watery (Americano). There were several people who came in from the drive through due to a mess up in the order.

This Starbucks is the worst. Our food was cold and the egg bites were in pieces. We waited a long time to get our drinks. We watched the barista dump out drinks over three or four times rinse the cups and try to make them again and they still were not made correctly, other customers were angry with their orders. The store wasn’t busy to account for the long wait. The manager was just standing around at the end of the counter doing nothing but making excuses that didn’t even make sense. There was a few other crew members just kind of standing around and not helping the barista that was making the drink orders wrong. This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to.

I visit here at least once a week. For some reason, they do not check to see if the coffee is warm and they will give you cold coffee , when you're ordering hot coffee and hot cream. The coffee is excellent when you can get them to serve it to you at the right temperature. Is very upsetting to order coffee and be in a rush and get out on the street and realize they've poured you a cold cup of coffee.

I have given this place multiple chances. I’m done. Quality control here is terrible. The lattes are awful. It’s not a one off. It’s every time. The white lady with tats doesn’t know what she is doing. Why is the taste here so different than all of the other Starbucks?
