I ordered the same drink I always order at any Starbucks, a venti iced coffee with no ice. I received a watered down venti iced coffee with a bunch of sweetener in it. So the guy had to remake it, and I ended up with a watered down iced coffee. The pitchure he was pouring the iced coffee from was filled with ice. Why on earth would you store it like that? Definitely not worth the price. There was also no soap in the bathroom.

This was Monday April 1st around 8am. Whoever the staff member was running the window, don't let her run it again until she get CS training. Horrible customer service. Attitude was poor, tone was aggressive and not friendly at all. We asked for a pistachio latte and we were told it was out of season. To be fair, MS may have a season where LA doesn't. About an hour and a half later, we were in Ruston, LA and got the pistachio latte no problem. Interesting. If the manager is reading this, use as a training opportunity, not reprimand or termination. Hope it all works out. Thanks

I love Starbucks, however, this one store is HORRIBLE! The employees just don't care! The bugs all over the muffins and everything else! I asked one rude employee for her name and was told "I can't give you that". If something isn't done, this store will be closed soon!!

We visited here from Texas, this spot was better than any of the locations in Texas I have ever been to. The girl who helped us was very nice and the cup was 100% full. Most of the time I got a half cup at my residence and that is why I stopped Starbucks and purchased a breville. Absolutely recommend to travelers

We parked a moving van and trailer in the lot next door, going to grab coffee and a pup cup before a 10 hour day started. Blond woman in her 50s, working the far station in a white shirt and no apron, informed us we couldn’t be inside because of our 7pound dashound puppy- who had been inside sooo many Starbucks in her life that she knows the smell of Starbucks . So we leave Vicksburg disappointed with a woman yelling “god bless you” on repeat across the store louder than I can speak to her on our way out.Starbucks is supposed to be known for their friendliness and hospitality… I suggest to people on the road to drive the extra 30 minutes to the next city and not to stop here.

Pulled in next door in a moving truck. NOT pet friendly…at all. Couldn’t order, couldn’t drive through. First time I’ve ever had an issue after many many thousands spent. The Store Manager of this location is horrible. She keep the same morning crew and it's takes forever to get coffee their hair is everywhere and they are rudest Starbucks. Said another business that going to come and go in vicksburg. Poor staffing and poor management!

Come to hear some of the employees discussing how there is black mold behind the wallpaper and laughing about it, saying that it was just covered up with paint. Also took about 5 or so minutes for someone to acknowledge what I wanted, and then they just said "whatchu want"?? Afraid it's becoming like every other fast food restaurant except for Chick-fil-A lol

Thus happened at Vicksburg MS starbucks outlet ..I ordered strawberry lemonade the elderly lady she made it without strawberry in it... I told this is not what I drink everyday... wow she is saying it's same but only strawberries not there.. I told ok pls cancel it, she said we have strawberries, then y not made in proper way.... in anger she threw the old one in trash with full anger n pressure.. and she made another one which in anger she filled full with ice... which was again not upto mark... I asked for sugar she gave 3 I asked more and I was denied...In Tyler, TX whr I stay I have never faced this humiliation and racism.. only bcoz I m Indian I was treated bad in Vicksburg Ms storeVegetarian options: Vegetarian with no egg no meatDietary restrictions: Shld have loaf with no egg no meat,, vegetarian means no egg no meat

First of all, I waited about 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. After I finally ordered, it took another 15 minutes. When I received my coffee, it was tepid. They were very busy, but I think that customer service could be better. By the way, I ordered a tall dark roast ☕️.
