Horrible customer service with the manager i placed a online order with the drink I get everyday I went into the store manager told me they don’t have them drinks they never sold them but I always got them. I asked for a refund manager giving me the run around called back to see one of the worker stated the manager has left and told me come back tomorrow because nobody know how to do it

Star city subway is out of business. Monticello has two; one with drive thru, and one inside walmart.
Vegetarian options: Any sandwiche can be made into a wrap or salad.
Dietary restrictions: You pick what goes on it.
Parking: Parking is always free.
Kid-friendliness: What kid don't like a kids meal with options?! Mine are adults and still like it!

They charge for “deluxe” and “extra meat” but they give you the same amount either way.
This subway looks clean but they are not clean underneath.

We love subway however this location fell short. The 2 girls working spoke very little english and were very lost. This caused the line ahead of us to be very angry and customers were walking out without ordering. It took us 35 minutes to get 4 sandwiches. So what we thought would be a quick bite to eat while traveling turned into an hour stop.
Parking: Location in crowded strip mall. Parking is limited.
Wheelchair accessibility: Was accessible and had handicap parking near ramp.

(If there was ever a time when customers needed to wash their hands, it was during the Covid pandemic.) Also, I noticed that the posted MSDH inspection report shows a big "A" score, but according to the MSDH web site the latest inspection result done on 07/29/2022 resulted in a "B" score. They are required to post the latest report as I understand.
