Always friendly service! Has the best smoothies in town! We go here to get our bread! We get our produce here in the summer and peanuts!! This spot is our regular Sunday spot in the summer! We try to go in the fall and winter at least every other week!! Always so welcoming!

We try to visit The Tomato Place every year when we take our annual trip to visit family in Mississippi. The staff are amazing, the food is incredible and the atmosphere is homey. Must haves are the bacon, lettuce, and fried green tomato sandwiches and the fried okra! They make their own hot sauces and bottle it in recycled beer and soda pop bottles. We found out that they'll even ship it to you since we live in California and were flying. This is one our must go to's when in Mississippi!! 🩷

Really unique, the music was superb, music had me ready to walk and see whats going on in there, owner was genuinely friendly, got a New Orleans vibe, they have different kinds of fruit, roasted and boiled peanuts, fresh fruit drinks, coke variety on ice(!), muscadine, (we made jelly from), unique deco also, all around good vibes here!

The fresh vegetables and the restaurant food is AMAZING! But the boiled peanuts need a lot more salt. They tasted more sweet than anything.

The staff here is amazing! Miss Carolyn and Miss Anna were so friendly, generous, and helpful. Hands down, the best tomato sandwich I've ever had. Mac and cheese, cheesy grits, and fried okra were perfect. Not just good. Perfect. We love this place and make it a point to stop every time we're anywhere near Vicksburg.

Recently took my niece to visit my daughter that lives in Vicksburg and every time I go back. Best fried green tomatoes,bacon fried tomato, smoothie and fresh orange lemonade. My favorite place! We actually went twice.
