Me and my family stop by I just want to say thank you to ABS she was an awesome server even when she didn’t have help she took care of 11 of us by herself . I’m beyond grateful for this young lady. I even seen her go out side to help a man as well . ABS keep up the good work you never know who watching u .From Christal and Family thank u again

Waitress was unattractive. Never returned after food was served. No coffee refill was ever offered. Food was not hot as usual. Asked for my waffle and hash browns to be light .cook had to tell the waitress that she has to tell her customers wants the order light .not browned . Normally waffle house is very good . Normally always good .but the last visit in Vicksburg ms. was a little disappointing.

Me and my fiance went to this place around 11:15 pm.. We sat down and waited for the waitress to take our order.. She informed us that the cook was in the restroom and that he would be out shortly.. We sat there for about 25 minutes... only for the cook to tell the waitress (while he was still in the restroom)that they are only taking carry out orders.. We still sat there for maybe another 15 minutes waiting :-(.. By that time, I was very angry, and we decided to go to the Washington Street location.

It was a horrible experience. The dishes were dirty, so we had to use plastic utensils when we asked the waitress for utensils. The table was dirty and no one cleaned it, so I had to use a napkin to wipe the crumbs away. The floor was dirty and almost made me lose my appetite looking at it. The waitress was not attentive, got my order wrong, and I had to ask for multiple items that are common sense to put on a table many times. The grits were lukewarm and looked like they stuck a whole slab of butter in then. The waffle was burned and there was no cheese on my hash browns nor my eggs. I'm never going back to this specific waffle house. I'm sticking with the other two waffle house locations that know how to keep a place clean and make their customers happy.

The food was fantastic! and the service wooo hoooo -- even betterVegetarian options: Im not only restricted on meet but also dairy!!! Luckly they provide multiple options so my digestive system can have a restful day.
