This is the worst most disorganized Wendy’s I have ever been to. Bodies everywhere in back of house yet food took forever. Yelling and screaming and dysfunction with employees

I’m writing to make a complaint about how I was treated at: Wendy's Vicksburg Ms 4207 clay st Vicksburg Ms 39183
I went through the drive thu ordered 2 spicy 10 pc nuggets , from the time I ordered and got to the pay window was 25 min. Got to the pay window and waited the cashier never open window to take my money. Line car in front of me put off so I assumed they are taking money at the pick up window. Get there then they tell me I'll need to pull in a waiting area for my order. I refused to pull ahead, because of the wait had already experienced. Manager came to the window told me she refused to take my payment and she called 911. Horrible experience over 2 pack of nuggets. I have no problem pulling up had I already not been waiting.
I have never be treated so hateful at a Wendy's restaurant as I have this one.

Rushed to order, my chicken sandwich was old, my son’s was fresh. My wife’s salad was fresh and nice. The floor was sticky and wet. I felt like we were an inconvenience.

The floor was so slick with grease I was concerned about myself or my 85 year old might fall. The bathroom door got stuck with my mom inside. The associate who assisted in getting the door open indicated this had happened several times.

We used their drive-through every other weekend around 1pm last year and half at this place. Their food is always fresh, look pretty, and taste good! We tried many Wendy's in surrounding areas in MS, and we think this place serves best Wendy's products around.

when going through line, the person at the drive-through rushed us and was not very nice. We didn’t get to complete the order because we were being rushed. Then going up to the window still rude, and then we were asked to pull over to the side Because they didn’t have the food ready, mind you no one was inside or in the drive-through when we went through, we waited for about 25 minutes in the parking lot and then We’re rudely handed the bag. when we finally made it back to the hotel, we were staying at, the chicken nuggets that were ordered had no sauce on them and they were supposed to be saucy Nuggets and the bag was drenched in grease and sauce. So my saucy nuggets were dry chicken nuggets even though I paid for saucy nuggets. We had been driving for over six hours and wanted some fast dinner and were pleasantly disappointed by this Wendy’s. I was also so excited to try it because it was my first time having Wendy’s and the experience is now ruined. I probably won’t be eating at another Wendy’s because of this and I won’t be recommending Wendy’s to anyone.
