They missed the hashbrowns in the order 2:00am Sunday Jan 4, on top had to wait around 1hour in drive thru for the order.

I ordered a spicy chicken burger and the service was very slow, taking approximately 15 minutes to receive my food. Because of the excessive wait time, I requested a complimentary order of fries, which the staff graciously provided.

Staff is lazy. They take a long time to take your order and they don’t bring your food to you. They call your name loudly from the cashier and make you get your food . I was here a few weeks ago and their turn around time to get your food was 45 min-1hr.

The drive-thru server Nathan is very rude and runs customer off as well as charges for things you don't get beware of this store the manager approves of this I ordered egg and cheese biscuits but was charged for sausage egg and cheese biscuits up on letting the manager know he tells me that that price is correct or that just biscuit egg and cheese is higher which is absurd I should not have to pay for something I'm not getting

Unfortunately, it took >40 min. from when we ordered to get our food and about 1/3 of the order was missing. The employees were kind, but the service was below average. Not the quick stop we were anticipating from a fast food place.

Coffee spilled in my lap and car .Make sure the top is on the coffee .Also the lids doesn't fit the cups like it's supposed too they fit loosely and easily to come off when passing through the window. Might want to fix this problem before someone gets burned and sued ...

I ate Undercooked chicken sandwich while pregnant so upset brought to manager, she couldn’t figure out how to do return, took my info down on a napkin and said I should dispute with credit card company. This used to be a regular stop for us on the way to visit family, I will not be back after today’s experience.

Stopped in for a quick lunch as this location regularly produces good food. A very nice lady named Wanda was taking orders. She started a conversation with me and I was laughing immediately. After she brought my order out to my table, she was talking with other guests. She had them laughing and smiling before long. I even noticed a couple of hugs given - likely regulars that she has befriended. In a world of so many negatives, Wanda is a huge positive. I’ll be back when in town just to observe her make a difference in her world! And yes, the food was great and the fries were hot and crispy.
