It took a while for someone to finally wait on us and she acted like she didn't want to anyway. She got the order wrong and had to call the manager over to refund the mix up. The restaurant was dirty tables needed to be cleaned and floors swept. There were no napkins in the holder. When we got our meal the fries were cold and hard. Hamburgers were great. The whole time we were there the staff just stood around talking and doing nothing! I have always had great experiences...

I ordered a BOB sausage "ranchero." When I got it, it was a plain, regular BOB. When I brought it to their attention, they said,
"Oh, we don't do that." The truth is, YES, they DO do that. They were just lazy.
Ranchero is jalapeños cooked in the egg and a picante sauce put in the sandwich. So, they have to actually cook a fresh egg to make it to cook the jalapeños in it. I worked for Whataburger almost 5 tears, so they can't fool...
