Visited again this afternoon but went decided to use drive through. The young lady's tone seemed to imply that she was getting impatient with us placing our order. When we got to the window, the Young man handed us our bag and quickly shut the window and turned away from us. He never greeted us...

I always eat at Jacks when I'm in water valley. Today I had a problem at the Grenada Jacks and no one would help. I called water valley and they took the time to help me. Thank you ❤️ ?
