They started to take our order and then stopped because a lady came up and said she needed her door dash order. They made the door dash order, then took our order. I just don't understand why the customer standing in front of you is no longer important. The food was fine.
Went in yesterday with my family to get a Frosty. We had been on the road for several hours and needed a break. The service was good, and the Frosty was great, but the restaurant was not clean. My wife commented about the condition of the restroom, and my daughter commented on the trash on the floor of the dining room. Most Wendy's that we've gone to are usually much cleaner, but we still enjoyed our Frosties!

I would have gave a better rating if it were not for the terrible service we received that day. Honestly, I have been in there before and It wasn’t so bad but unfortunately this time the workers were rude. They placed a wrong order and then got mad about it and squeezed my brother-in-laws burger and placed it back in his plate. They were gossiping about others in the kitchen and it was just a horrible experience that particular day.
