Driving from Alabama back to Minnesota, we needed a good stop for a break. After research, I came upon BBQ Drippins. We are all full and happy, you made our trip that much better. Ox tail, brisket, mac n cheese, beans, coleslaw and the wonderful lady working at the window was five star 🌟!

Pulled up for a pulled pork sandwich. Baked beans and coleslaw. This BBQ is outstanding. Smokey but not too much. The pork wasn't overly fatty, which can be sometimes elsewhere. Savory sauce with a perfect amount of sweetness. This is a food truck/trailer. But it needs to be a brick and mortar. So good. I
I went for the free mother's day steaks. They did a great job of directing the crowds, and the food was really good! The steak was well seasoned, and cooked well, but tender. They served them with green beans and creamy mashed potatoes. They looked like they may have outdoor on their regular days. I am thankful for their generosity towards mother's.
