We just left about 30 minutes ago on our way home to Tennessee. I did not get the young lady’s name because she didn’t have a name tag on, but she was African American & heavy set. Her attitude , personality & customer service were Amazing!!!!!! I told her she was very friendly & she responded with you will go a long way being nice to people. Fast Food restaurants need more of this.
I can't complain about the food or service, but the prices are above what I expect for a half sandwich and cup of soup. $ 34.00 plus tax I more than I am willing to pay. I know they are probably comparable to other deli chains, but if I want a sandwich and soup, I will be eating at home. I failed to mention that the price was for two people, but I still say excessive.
Had little bit of wait time; but it was worth it. The burger was fresh & the fries were nice & hot. But the best part was... As I entered the door, there was a gentleman cleaning the windows (I wish I'd gotten his name). He was so polite & friendly. He opened the door for me, greeted me & even asked how my day was going. He had a big smile & kind spirit. As I was leaving, I noticed that he really took pride in his work. I also heard someone say, "Y'all...
