Went to a late lunch at 1:23 p.m. Walked u to the counter in to order and the manager told me she wouldn't take my order. I told her I was paying with cash and she told me if I couldn't order at the kiosk I wouldn't be served. Kiosk doesn't take cash. Go figure. The manager was extremely rude and cocky. District manager was sitting in the restaurant and heard the whole conversation and she just shook her head. She did get up and take my order. Great D.M.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers a clean and modern atmosphere. The food is excellent, with the classic chicken sandwich being a standout, rivaling Chick-fil-a. Cajun fries are also a highlight, although the small size may not be enough for some. Sweet tea is a popular choice. Service can be friendly, with staff like Angel, Betty, and Cook Guez providing excellent service, but it can also be slow and sometimes horrible, especially on special days when they may run out of items like chicken and biscuits.
