I live in Starkville I had visited Popeyes in West Point since I was there I decided to stop at Popeyes I got two 5 piece chicken tender meals, the chicken was not cooked all the way through like I couldn’t even bite it! I got two apple pies and they were both burned I spent $25! I won’t be stopping there no more!!

The service is not as good as it use to be. They are sometimes unfriendly, uninterested and they constantly don't have items that are on the menu. How can you not have sweet tea???

My man and I really enjoyed the wonderful energy from Lillian L. Today. She was so genuine and delighful. Not use to that type of 10 star service I pray they keep her. Cause people are convinced bad service makes the food taste better. I'm here to tell you it does not. Wonderful service will have you wanting more ? thank you Lillian!!

I absolutely hate giving a bad review but this was absolutely terrible. It started off with all me of the worst service ever. No one could acknowledge you and barely look you in the eye let alone be friendly. I overlooked that because it's that way everywhere it seems. No one seemed to be in a hurry or seem to care if you were there or not. They all seemed like you were bothering them and mad I was there. It took almost 30 minutes to get our food. When the food came out my chicken was so slimy and tasted like old grease. I will say this. The restaurant was clean. It wasn't just us (my wife and I) everyone was aggrieved about waiting so long and not happy with the service either. I wish I could give this place a minus star. Again I'm sorry to write a bad review. I can overlook a lot of things even bad food because it happens. The service was terrible. Worst ever. Extremely disappointed.

Ratchet place. This is easily a high schooler level job. The NO skilled adult workers have attitudes usually and are slow. If I had made bad choices in life that ended with me working a low level job, I’d be pissed too. But I’d at least try to better myself rather than being bitter about being in my 40s frying chicken for minimum wage. All of the fast food restaurants in West Point are the same, for some reason the people in this area are lazy trash.
