I have been to McAlister Deli several times in MO. Today as my family stopped in West Point to grab lunch the service was absolutely AWFUL!! my sister and I both oreded a half sandwich with a salad and a soup
Our sandwich came out on the same plate with her salad. I waited about 20 more minutes for soup.
This location is definitely under staffed. The employees need more training.
The manager needs to be on site and helping their employees.
This is literally the WORST! Every single table was covered up with left over plates and drinks. There was no hustle or work ethic here, who ever owns this McAlisters should very DISAPPOINTED who their manager is!!!
Went in and ordered a chef salad.. Wrong order was brought to my table so I sent it back. Marquis was the person who took the order and brought the wrong order out. Twenty minutes later I checked and no one had made my salad.. I said if it can be made in 5 minutes bring it.. Marquis walked to out table and handed me a refund. I said I still wanted the chef salad He said no I refunded you... Then I said "whatever" and he replied "whatever my @&&"... I asked them to also refund...read full review
