Online it says they’re open till 10. Apparently, tonight they closed at 8. Tried to place an order on the app. Then called the store. They need to update their hours because it is false advertisement.

Placed an order to pick up. I Went to pick up and was told that they didn’t have an order. I was told The order was sent to STARKVILLE. So, I Went to Starkville. I Was told there that there was no order for me there. I was told I wouldn’t be charged because we didn’t get our food. Surprise, got charged anyway. Had to go back to the store to get the refund. I was then told they found out they had the order the whole time. It had been entered under the wrong phone number. SMH.
It's clean. Service is terrible in that they don't offer assistance with any of their pizzas. My son ordered and didn't know what the pizzas were called. Our pizza was undercooked. The bread was still doughy. By far, it was the worst pizza at a pizza hut I have ever had. Overpriced! I paid $50 for a pizza and 6 wings. This is not a 3-star restaurant. It is fast food, and unless prices come down, I will not buy another pizza from any Pizza Hut. The owner should be ashamed to have such poor service and high prices. I will be writing a complaint to corporate.

My mother and her best friend ordered food from here. When they got their food it was incomplete they were missing stuff. My mom’s best friend called up to the store and talked to I’m assuming the manager and she got smart with her. When I returned home I called to see if the delivery driver was back and the I guess manager got smart saying she talked to me earlier she didn’t even ask was I another person she just got smart. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ORDERING OR EATING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

This is the order I received today. After calling, I was advised I should’ve check before I left the store. This is unacceptable! All pizza should be made to order. Team members should open and check when getting it out the hotbox. As a loyal customer, this upsets me. I spoke with manager and she offered a $7 credit, but I stay miles away and couldn’t come back today.

Ordered three of the "My Hut Box" and picked up at the drive through. We had to tell the lady the name on the order at least three different times before she even looked it up in their computer. We get home and realized one of the boxes is missing it's side of wing. So make sure you check everybody before you leave.
Picked up for from drive thru. The people were very friendly with smiles on their faces. My pizza was hot and delicious

I want to take a moment to brag on the store manager on duty Friday, March 1, 2024 at the West Point, MS location. My order was delivered, but it was delivered to the incorrect place by a delivery service used by Pizza Hut. I called the store and the manager was able to get my order replaced, out for delivery adding a drink to my order and giving me store credit for an order in the future. I truly appreciate her customer service and hope that this store never loses her as a manager.
