one of the worst experiences in a restaurant ever. I order my food over the phone and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant I waited 15 minutes in line to pay for the food. I ask the worker was my food ready he lied and said yes but wanted me to pull around the front because the line was to long. Then sat another 30 minute. When I ask for my money back they refused to give it to me. The food still wasn't ready and they still wouldn't give my money back after an additional 15 minutes waiting. They called the owner and she told them not to give me money back. After another 20 minutes then they come with the food. I had to call the police just to be told it was a civil suit. No refund or no food. Poor customer service and lying workers. The owner has poor customer service. How you going to keep people money after they canceled the order because the food was not even cooked yet. The place need to be closed down. When they finally got the food ready and 1 hour and 30 minutes later was still half cooked and disgusting. Well never get any more money of mines that the last 50 dollar you get from me.

I ordered a 10 piece combo … The wings were so small and tasted like rubber…The fries were burnt!!! When I call back to tell to speak with manager he put me on hold and never call back to the phone . I will Never go back !!!!!!
