Looked up Best Burger in Wiggins, Frosty Mug came up. We stopped had 2 burgers,2 drinks & 1 fry & it was $27 which was paid for in cash. We Thought it was high so we looked at our receipt & there was a 4.9% technology charge and a senior citizen discount. We are seniors -but we paid with cash. I went to the window & asked the manager what the Technology charge was & she stated it was on all the checks but she gave me the senior discount so it “cancelled it out”. I then said so I didn’t get the senior discount because it cancelled out a charge that never should have been there in the first place. She then stated that she gave both my husband & I the discount -that is correct we are both seniors- and that covered the technology fee - so you did get your discount. At this point the gentleman behind me politely said to the manager ma’am that makes no sense.
I truly do not believe she understood. So here is a bit of 4th grade math to clear things up. If you have $2,000 in cash sales & charge 4.9% on cash sales at the end of the day you have taken $98 that does not belong to you AND bonus points here you tell seniors they are getting a discount that they aren’t! Pretty awful way to treat the seniors and hard working citizens who choose to pay in cash.

The mini smash burgers i tried the other day were ?. Juicy with crispy edges and grilled onions on a sweet bun. Sooooo good. Just ask for Melodie, she’ll help you find whatever you’re craving.

Such a great place to take the entire family. We stop here often and never leave disappointed. These new smash burgers were AWESOME!!! Can not wait to return!!!
Kid-friendliness: It is definitely family oriented, and the owners absolutely strive to make every experience great.

stay away, worst customer service in the whole town of Wiggins. the worker at front window cant get anything right. and management will not correct there mistake ! one place the customer is never right! 10-25-2024 at 2:00
