I will still put 5 stars because I will always try to support local businesses versus spending less at fast food chains. However, our waits the last few times with one vehicle ahead or no vehicle ahead was 12 minutes then 17 minutes. Our burger had burnt edges we had to peel off which was about 2/10 of the burger circumference. I’ll try again someday in the future, but it’s just not worth it these days.

I have had multiple bad experiences here and have continued trying to give them a chance to be better but, truth is.. the owner bought an already successful business in a small town and they want to take credit for that when they’ve done nothing but make the establishment worse. The food is BLAND, and anything you get fried just falls apart and comes out of the fried shell bit. The prices are insane for McDonald’s level food.. The wait time is 15 mins at LEAST for the drive through. And then the business owner herself is to worried about being a keyboard warrior on Facebook, arguing with paying customers when they voice concerns and being snarky to them instead of being professional and fixing the issue. I personally refuse to support a business that bullies its patrons and takes zero accountability.

Look y’all get five stars on those specialty shakes especially the apple pie shake cherry cheesecake shake and a banana split shake. You guys ever thought about banana pudding shake? I’m there about every other day getting one of them shakes.

The food is good however when you TELL THEM you are paying by DEBIT card they still run it as a CREDIT card and you are charged a 3% fee still. When you try to call to let them know the phone goes to voicemail. The no 3% charge on debit cards goes against their policy that is taped on the drive thru window which states NO 3% surcharge on debit cards. Did not see a date if it was not in effect yet. Also if a card is used as a true DEBIT card where you put a PIN number in you do not get 3% fee charged by visa or Mastercard

Frosty Mug is a long time staple of downtown, serving great food, like an awesome selection of smashburgers, po-boys, fry bowls, as well as a large variety of ice cream. You can doordash it, too!

Looked up Best Burger in Wiggins, Frosty Mug came up. We stopped had 2 burgers,2 drinks & 1 fry & it was $27 which was paid for in cash. We Thought it was high so we looked at our receipt & there was a 4.9% technology charge and a senior citizen discount. We are seniors -but we paid with cash. I went to the window & asked the manager what the Technology charge was & she stated it was on all the checks but she gave me the senior discount so it “cancelled it out”. I then said so I didn’t get the senior discount because it cancelled out a charge that never should have been there in the first place. She then stated that she gave both my husband & I the discount -that is correct we are both seniors- and that covered the technology fee - so you did get your discount. At this point the gentleman behind me politely said to the manager ma’am that makes no sense.
I truly do not believe she understood. So here is a bit of 4th grade math to clear things up. If you have $2,000 in cash sales & charge 4.9% on cash sales at the end of the day you have taken $98 that does not belong to you AND bonus points here you tell seniors they are getting a discount that they aren’t! Pretty awful way to treat the seniors and hard working citizens who choose to pay in cash.
