Had an amazing Sunday brunch. Their take on the eggs benedict was incredible. Great appetizers and the mixolgist is top level.
This my first time at Staigles & I was very pleased. We arrived dueling happy hour. The drinks and starters were delicious! I had a lemon drop martini and we ordered the duck bombs and frites with truffle oil to share! Chef’s kiss! Customer service was also great! Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and just overall very pleasant. I will make sure to come back.
Staigle’s Steakhouse offers a perfect fine dining experience. The food is served at appropriate temperatures and the drinks are filled several times during dinner. Service is great and the server is attentive. The ambiance is a little loud for a fine dining restaurant but not overly loud. Specialty cocktails never disappoint and are honestly the best you will have on the gulf coast. The chocolate martini is a clear chocolate infused vodka with a roasted marshmallow done right in front of you. Pork belly and crab claws are always good and have been completely over the top. The ribeye steak is tender and perfect temp every time. you can enjoy Spinach Dip, warm bread with honey, chili butter and cinnamon butter, Wagyu Steak from Black Jack Ranch with potatoes, mushroom spaghetti with Gulf Shrimp, New York Steak with potatoes, and Chocolate Mousse. The location is excellent, high end vibes, and everyone is excellent.
