The ambience was absolutely wonderful — warm, inviting, and perfectly set the tone for a great evening. The service was fantastic, attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere made for such an enjoyable experience. While I found the food to be just decent, everything else about the restaurant truly stood out. I’d still definitely recommend it for the experience and great service alone!

The atmosphere was fantastic. White table cloths and napkins, candles, beautiful. Menu was a bit limited and pricy. I had the Chicken Picata husband had black and blue salad. Presentation was fabulous. But… couldn’t find the chicken in all the breading and Steak for salad was so tough we had to ask for a steak knife , still too tough to eat. Didn’t bother for a take home. Food was unacceptable and for the price it was a BIG disappointment. Will not be going back.

Beautiful restaurant and nice change of pace coming from the Coast. The opportunity to choose steaks from local places is a great option. Cocktails were very good, but service was clumsy and lacking. The food was very good, but not exceptional. So why would I give only 2 stars for very good rather than exceptional? Because the price they are charging for average clumsy service, a pretty building, and very good food is outrageous. I could have caught the train to New Orleans, pregamed drinks along the way, made reservations at a Michelin Star restaurant with a wonderful meal, and caught a Saints game for the cost of a date night with my wife at Staigle’s in Wiggins. It needs to be noted, we did not order A5 Japanese Wagyu, we ordered 2 Angus Black Jack Ranch bone in ribeyes. We frequent Black Jack so we know what they paid for those steaks, which is likely less than I would pay and experience is worth something but to mark up local steaks from 4 miles away 600% because you cooked it is insane. It’s no doubt you put MP, market price, everywhere because if you told people what you were actually charging your restaurant would be empty. Won’t be back, very disappointing.

I frequent the area and come here often, the last several weeks have been a direct hit every single time. The specialty cocktails never disappoint and are honestly the best you will have on the gulf coast. I highly recommend the chocolate martini, it is not a creamy chocolate drink but a clear chocolate infused vodka with a roasted marshmallow that is all done right in front of you. The pork belly and crab claws are always good but the last two weeks they have been completely over the top. As for my steak, I always get the ribeye and they were tender and perfect temp every time. If you have not eaten here, do so. If you have eaten here and ever had an issue or dinner did not go as planned, try it again bc this team is not playing games and they are on fire right now!!! 🔥

We dined for my Childhood Best Friends birthday and we’re elated. Excellent location. High end vibes. We chose to dine in on a Wednesday night and secured a reservation. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by name with our Server, the Bartender, and the Manager. Our friends birthday was promptly acknowledged as well. We indulged on the Spinach Dip as an appetizer, the warm bread with honey, chili butter and cinnamon butter as a teaser then for our entrees we had a Wagyu Steak from Black Jack Ranch with potatoes, the vegetarian mushroom spaghetti with Gulf Shrimp, and the special New York Steak with Potatoes; we finally wrapped up our experience by having Chocolate Mousse. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend dropping into Wiggins and enjoying Staigle’s. Everyone was excellent.

Absolutely the best service you could ask for way over priced. Steaks was extremely salty and smelled and taste like burnt rubber. Food was very disappointing especially for the price. Ive had better at logans road house. The kids spit the steaks out. They did like and enjoy their fried shrimp. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

The atmosphere and service was great. The space, although small, is welcoming and beautiful. Our service was attentive and timely.
We were unfortunately very disappointed by the food. We got the crab claws, which were good, they do have a kick of spice to them. We were going to order a filet and a ribeye but our server sold us on a tomahawk. For future customers, make sure you ask about the pricing of things not listed on the menu. That was our own mistake tho. I typically get my steaks medium rare while my husband gets his medium. Since we were splitting this steak now, we got it medium. This steak came out straight off the cow 😅. We tried it and after two bites of neither my husband or I being able to break through it we had sent it back to get cooked a bit longer. And it came back, still unchewable. The tomahawk was not worth the money at all. We both wished we would’ve gotten our own steaks. But we also recognize that we should’ve have been influenced and just gotten what we wanted in the first place. But we did get a “medium” steak that was rarer than rare. I got the “monarch” cocktail. It was not my cup of tea. They made me a cosmo instead which was nice. We got two sides that were fine.
The Hazelnut Crème Brûlée was phenomenal. 100% would go back just to get this lol. Overall all of our servers were amazing. They do try to sell you on the big stuff. We were just suckers haha. Lots of this was by our own fault but for venturing out, wasn’t either of our top picks for sure.
For a $400 bill, I think cannot say this will be a choice for us again.

Excellent fine dining location without being pretentious. An intimate location that is just right size for comfort. Steak isn't the only star on the menu but definitely the focus. Strong side offerings even if few in number. Very focused menu. Quality farm to table food offerings at typical prices for those things. Drink offerings are creative and fun. Service was top notch and responsive. Prices are high but within range for farm to table and the quality.

Absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was perfect, cozy, welcoming, and full of personality. The service was top-tier, and the food? Next level. Every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell they put real heart into everything here. Easily one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back!
