Everything was fantastic! Michelle was an incredible server; the food and drinks were delicious, and the atmosphere is great. Definitely will be going back.
Wine pairing was good. Very very loud . Could have been served with no big gaps . Food was tasty and pretty . Def will do it again
Took my wife to Staigle's Steakhouse to celebrate her birthday, and everything was absolutely top-notch. The food, the service, and the entire team went above and beyond. Thank you for making her feel genuinely special — it turned a great night into a perfect one. We'll definitely be back!
The ambience was absolutely wonderful — warm, inviting, and perfectly set the tone for a great evening. The service was fantastic, attentive without being overbearing, and the overall atmosphere made for such an enjoyable experience. While I found the food to be just decent, everything else about the restaurant truly stood out. I’d still definitely recommend it for the experience and great service alone!
Everything was phenomenal. From booking reservations all the way to paying the check! The service is top notch, food delicious, Apple of my pie-best drink!

The atmosphere was fantastic. White table cloths and napkins, candles, beautiful. Menu was a bit limited and pricy. I had the Chicken Picata husband had black and blue salad. Presentation was fabulous. But… couldn’t find the chicken in all the breading and Steak for salad was so tough we had to ask for a steak knife , still too tough to eat. Didn’t bother for a take home. Food was unacceptable and for the price it was a BIG disappointment. Will not be going back.
We drove an hour to try this restaurant for date night and let's just say we are happy that we did! My only complaint was that there was a large party there and they were a bit loud so much so we had a hard time hearing each other and the waitress had a hard time hearing our order. All in all we had a great experience!!!
Beautiful restaurant and nice change of pace coming from the Coast. The opportunity to choose steaks from local places is a great option. Cocktails were very good, but service was clumsy and lacking. The food was very good, but not exceptional. So why would I give only 2 stars for very good rather than exceptional? Because the price they are charging for average clumsy service, a pretty building, and very good food is outrageous. I could have caught the train to New Orleans, pregamed drinks along the way, made reservations at a Michelin Star restaurant with a wonderful meal, and caught a Saints game for the cost of a date night with my wife at Staigle’s in Wiggins. It needs to be noted, we did not order A5 Japanese Wagyu, we ordered 2 Angus Black Jack Ranch bone in ribeyes. We frequent Black Jack so we know what they paid for those steaks, which is likely less than I would pay and experience is worth something but to mark up local steaks from 4 miles away 600% because you cooked it is insane. It’s no doubt you put MP, market price, everywhere because if you told people what you were actually charging your restaurant would be empty. Won’t be back, very disappointing.
Everything was absolutely delicious. The Wiggins old fashion was perfect! One of the best ribeyes I had in a long time!! The boudin ragoons were a great appetizer!

I frequent the area and come here often, the last several weeks have been a direct hit every single time. The specialty cocktails never disappoint and are honestly the best you will have on the gulf coast. I highly recommend the chocolate martini, it is not a creamy chocolate drink but a clear chocolate infused vodka with a roasted marshmallow that is all done right in front of you. The pork belly and crab claws are always good but the last two weeks they have been completely over the top. As for my steak, I always get the ribeye and they were tender and perfect temp every time. If you have not eaten here, do so. If you have eaten here and ever had an issue or dinner did not go as planned, try it again bc this team is not playing games and they are on fire right now!!! 🔥
We were looking for a higher quality food in general. Dinner and lunch have been consistently delish. The filet and fried asparagus w almonds is my favorite. The burgers are also very good, and the house made jelly spread on it is yummy! The prices are relatively expensive compared to everything around them. However, it is worth the price for quality farm to table meats . The friendly staff were all great each time we have been. Thank you to the CHEF as well as the support staff . We dined for my Childhood Best Friends birthday and we’re elated. Excellent location. High end vibes. We chose to dine in on a Wednesday night and secured a reservation. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by name with our Server, the Bartender, and the Manager. Our friends birthday was promptly acknowledged as well. We indulged on the Spinach Dip as an appetizer, the warm bread with honey, chili butter and cinnamon butter as a teaser then for our entrees we had a Wagyu Steak from Black Jack Ranch with potatoes, the vegetarian mushroom spaghetti with Gulf Shrimp, and the special New York Steak with Potatoes; we finally wrapped up our experience by having Chocolate Mousse. Exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend dropping into Wiggins and enjoying Staigle’s. Everyone was excellent.
