El Cabrito Grill and Bar is a very well run establishment with excellent service. The staff are always kind, happy to help, and the restaurant is always clean. The food is always amazing, hot, and great taste, with generous and delicious portions. The salsa and cheese dip are so yummy, and specific meals like Chicken Fajitas are so tender, the crazy potato and burrito loco are enjoyed, and the tortilla soup is out of this world and not too spicy. The new establishment moves customers in and seats them at a decent rate, bringing out orders pretty quickly. While service can sometimes require waiting for menus and silverware, any order issues are always corrected. This restaurant is one of the best in town and a must stop.
