There were only 2 gentlemen working this location when I came through and they were on top of their game. The parking lot was not empty but our order arrived rather quickly. I commend the guys. The corn dogs are old.. the root beer float tastes a bit bitter, but otherwise our giant order was actually excellent. Thank you so much. Traveling from Phoenix AZ! Peace out ✌️

Ordered 3 Jr Deluxe burgers 2 no cheese extra mayo 1 mayo ketchup and mustard only Made it home all 3 burgers wrong. Mostly every time I order it’s wrong. They don’t give you a chance to make your order. Keep saying else after each item ordered

I'm on the road quite a bit for work so when I see a sonic I'll hit one cuz they make good food good price. This particular Sonic, everybody was exceptionally nice. I mean just wanted to get out a car and give her a hug. I got my food had a little trouble with my credit card and she took it over the other one and ran it for me, later on another lady came out and asked me if I wanted anything off the courtesy tray. Just really great customer service, really great friendly people. When you're on the road as much as I am you really appreciate that. So if you get hungry and you're in this area stop at this Sonic. Tell them Jerry sent you.

Food was extremely hard and old . What’s the use of paying your money at 10 am if your food is not going to be fresh and hot. I called in and asked for the manager and told her that the food was cooked way before 10 a.m. and not fresh at all. Why would you place food in a bag and knowingly be aware that the food is not edible. Food is expensive enough and who wants someone playing with their food ? The manager had a nasty attitude and she over talked me . Do not recommend at all.

To lazy to wait on me I am a handicap person and I parked in the handicap spot, but they told me they could not wait on me. I was too far from the window pulled around the other side and I still tell me I was not close enough to the building they couldn’t walk down there.
Chicken strips were the worst that I have eaten from any place. They really need to do better with them because they don't taste like chicken at all.

I'm a trucker and walked down from the rest area a mile away. I ordered the Hickory BBQ burger as a double meat and added bacon. There was no bacon, but I did get charged for it because I saw it added on the screen. I wasn't given a receipt, and I'm not walking another 2 mile round trip. Just wanted to leave my experience. The hop lady was very pleasant though. It was $16 just for the burger & large cheese tater tots.

I ordered some hotdogs and some drinks. The hotdogs arrived crushed, watered down, horrible, and the water was tasteless. I asked for mango water that simply tasted like tap water, and the sodas looked like they had water poured into them. Horrible, I won't go again.

If you're looking for a manager's positionor a job here,I highly suggest turning the other way. Co-workers will pretend to be friends with you and play nice with you,just to immediately throw you under the bus and lie when deemed necessary for them. Even when you try your hardest to make everything work out or do it all right,the GM will still find anything wrong. For example,I had a coworker,who all I did was warn him that the GM might call me about him being out of uniform (she called me recently about another co-worker who was out of uniform and told me to send her home) ,curse me out and threw a tantrum over it. He asked me do I want him to go and I said you can if that's what you feel like is necessary. He still didn't leave and continued to berate me over it. Feeling myself getting very frustrated,I decided if he wouldn't leave,I would. What happened after this? I'm the one being fired for walking away from the situation before it gets worse than it did while the guy who disrespected me while i tried to stay silent still has his job. Thanks so much "team" for defending me.

They were super busy so it took a little while to get our order. Food wasn't piping hot and my tots seemed like they had been sitting a while. Top buns on the sandwich weren't even warm.
