Their food is the worst I've found since the recipe was changed. Every now and then I give it a try, so far I always regret it.

Just stopped at sonic in woodville, could not get anyone to even acknowledge I was there. Pressed the button which indicated activated we will be with you soon. Waited a few minutes between button pushes no one ever acknowledged I was there. Finally just left. There were about 6 or 7 cars there. Won’t waste my time stopping there again

There were only 2 gentlemen working this location when I came through and they were on top of their game. The parking lot was not empty but our order arrived rather quickly. I commend the guys. The corn dogs are old.. the root beer float tastes a bit bitter, but otherwise our giant order was actually excellent. Thank you so much. Traveling from Phoenix AZ! Peace out ✌️

Ordered 3 Jr Deluxe burgers 2 no cheese extra mayo 1 mayo ketchup and mustard only Made it home all 3 burgers wrong. Mostly every time I order it’s wrong. They don’t give you a chance to make your order. Keep saying else after each item ordered

I'm on the road quite a bit for work so when I see a sonic I'll hit one cuz they make good food good price. This particular Sonic, everybody was exceptionally nice. I mean just wanted to get out a car and give her a hug. I got my food had a little trouble with my credit card and she took it over the other one and ran it for me, later on another lady came out and asked me if I wanted anything off the courtesy tray. Just really great customer service, really great friendly people. When you're on the road as much as I am you really appreciate that. So if you get hungry and you're in this area stop at this Sonic. Tell them Jerry sent you.

Food was extremely hard and old . What’s the use of paying your money at 10 am if your food is not going to be fresh and hot. I called in and asked for the manager and told her that the food was cooked way before 10 a.m. and not fresh at all. Why would you place food in a bag and knowingly be aware that the food is not edible. Food is expensive enough and who wants someone playing with their food ? The manager had a nasty attitude and she over talked me . Do not recommend at all.

To lazy to wait on me I am a handicap person and I parked in the handicap spot, but they told me they could not wait on me. I was too far from the window pulled around the other side and I still tell me I was not close enough to the building they couldn’t walk down there.
