We stopped for lunch on the way down to Louisiana. Restaurant was clean inside but had no customers, and the server could care less that we were there. She was slowly making some mobile orders, no acknowledgment when we walked in or when we were standing there waiting, and was having an active conversation with her phone tucked in the top of her shirt. When I thought she was talking to me and asked her to repeat, she looked at me like I was an idiot. We left after standing there about 7 minutes and will stop at another restaurant further along the way.

I don't know the name of the guy that fixed my mobile order (ordered 03/8/24 at 11:20 am), but it was the best sandwich and cookies I've had in a while! Took his time fixing the food and everything was great! Great food and service!

Server acted like she had a better place to be. Wheat bread was dry and hard. Got shorted on meat, no onions, sandwich not cut at least in half and Server never asked if I wanted it cut. This is by far the worst experience I have had at this subway. Management needs to monitor more closely.
