The person working the drive thru didn't get the order right then when she had to change it...she got an attitude and completely walked away from the window and didn't come back...no apologies from her or the supervisor....learn to repeat your orders back and stop rushing people when they are trying to order.

They never have the only thing I order from here. If you place an online order make sure you call store first to see if they have it, bc 9/10 they don’t. And if you go through drive thru you will be waiting 7 minutes before you can order.
Just don’t waste your money in Yazoo. Go anywhere else.

Stopped to get some grub on way to alabama they were out of bread i told cashier thats fine i usually order without bread and it comes in a tray nope thia was burger, cheese, luttc tom , oni, wrapped in a wrapper , so we went to get our drinks lg size the dr pepper was disgusting tasted like flat pop we didnt get to have a drink with our meal , the inside dining was extremely hot also not sure what was happening there lady that took order was very friendly though sure to check this place on our never stop again list

Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for our order because one person was working in the kitchen, and they were clearing tickets without filling them. No AC in the dining room, the self-serve drink machine was empty, so they had to serve drinks but didn't ask what flavor you wanted. Won't stop here again.
The service rep kept us waiting, kept asking us to pull up and hold on so her time wouldn't go up. There were no other customers at the moment and she had an attitude when we wouldn't pull up for those unnecessary reasons.

I typically don’t write reviews for fast food places, but the management must know that their drive through lady who takes orders and payments is super rude and needs more training. I came at 7:15 on 5/29/24 and there were no other people in front of me. She was very irritated, and threw hand gestures at me, and also got all of us the same drinks. She was very hard to understand and did not try to speak clearly, then got super impatient with me. I didn’t dare to ask her to fix the drinks because of her attitude. The impossible whopper my 6 year old ate, was cold with pinkish color and felt raw. He is allergic to beef and we drove an hour to eat here because of the impossible whopper. I should have tasted it before he ate it half way.

We had use the burger King app..we call our order in on the app@134 pm. We didn't get our food till 2pm and the order was incorrect so we handed it back to the order taker..just was a bad experience all around .

The day staff is great but the night shift cant take basic orders and was irritated with us the moment we pulled up.These new staff they got really not good with the customer service protocol. Must have cheated in the test, if they showed up.
