If I could give negative stars I would. We have a Jack's in our town and love it so we stopped here in Yazoo city. I have never in my life seen such intentional disregard for customer service. We were there for what seemed like an eternity while employees walked around talking amongst themselves. There was no sense of urgency and there was one employee literally standing behind the grill looking at the customers....just looking, not doing anything. There are people standing everywhere. The napkin dispenser was empty. The trash cans were overflowing. I couldn't even get anyone to refill my drink. The cashier was too busy chitchatting or flirting with some guy at the counter. I'm appalled. I've managed before and there was absolutely no excuse.

The food was wonderful and was prepared on time with my app order. Service is always friendly. Not sure who is making the biscuits but it was one of the best biscuits I’ve had

A manager was overheard yelling at an employee today, which caused several of us to walk out in shock. From what we gathered, the issue was about clocking in, and the manager shouted, “You clock in when I clock you in.” No employee should ever be humiliated like that, especially in front of others. Seeing a team member leave the store in tears because of a manager’s behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. No customer or staff member should ever witness that kind of bullying in the workplace!!!

This is the most unprofessional restaurant I've been to. I just heard a Manager scream and yell at staff member. Do not eat here they treat their staff like crap.

Ate dine in lunch today with My Wife.
We will definitely be back if They can keep up what They are doing now. Please don’t let it turn into just another fast food restaurant in Yazoo City.

My Burger was good. She had a Fried Chicken sandwich and said it was good also. Fries are just average fries.
