I ordered 3 Doritos locos tacos combo and the shells were absolutely awful, tasted like they were extremely old and had the strangest taste. I called the store to tell them about it and the lady suggest I get regular shells because when I mentioned a refund she said “we don’t do refund like that”. I’ve never seen an establishment that can’t refund its customers for their own issues. I hope the new tacos don’t taste as bad as the others otherwise I will want my money back. Will update.

This place sucks. I ordered chicken nuggets and was told they were out. I asked to swap for Mexican pizza and they acted like they didn’t want too. After they did. It tasked Burnt af. Food was throw together. Said they were out of baha blast zero. They just didn’t feel like swapping it out. Lazy and pathetic food. Go somewhere else.

I was the only one at the whole restaurant and the wait only took about 5 minutes but the meal I ordered was supposed to come with the avacado sauce for free but the lady charged me for it and then forgot to give it to me and the food was awful I just threw it away. Worst fast food in yazoo and that’s saying a lot, TRUST ME. Go to the McDonald’s but don’t get your hopes up this is yazoo city after all…

Terrible service. The person at the drive-through messed up our order several times. Some items were burnt. One burrito was destroyed. We didn't get all of the food we ordered, plus they only gave us four sauce packets for food for 5 people. The food was also bad. How do you mess up Taco Bell? If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. Keep driving and go somewhere else.
Sat in line for about 20 mins and didn’t get my Cantina taco called and the man asked did I order it I told him yes. Run the cameras back and you can see what was put in my bag he told me I can come back and get it but why? So I can stand in line again so never mind. My son food was pleasantly fresh and hot. But I didn’t have my food only my nacho fries.
