We ordered 2 DIFFERENT burritos but they gave us the same thing we asked for a Baja blast and they gave us a slushy so we asked for a regular soda and they said they didn’t have cups but they gave us the slushy in a cup🤦♂️and then gave us 37 sauce packets for 3 people horrible service,place is dirty,and do NOT come here at all cost.also hair in my food ALOT of hair🥀

What a sad experience went in to order some food and the staff didn’t even acknowledge the people in the dining area only focused on drive thru then was getting those orders wrong I stated I couldn’t see the machine to do self service and the girl turned away as if I said nothing so if I was blind I would have received no help shame on you Yazoo Ciry Taci Bell Jerry C would not approve

Terrible! They didn't have any burrito wraps so you couldn't order any food that required a wrap to make it: no burritos, no quesadillas, no crunchy wraps, etc... So we ordered taco supreme meals minus the sour cream & tomatoes, basically got regular tacos for the price of supreme. Employees weren't really friendly though they were reluctantly accommodating to change our drinks from sweet tea to unsweetened tea which is what we ordered and give an extra cup of glass. Only positive was clean restroom facilities.
At 10:00 am the hours of operation stated that they’re open I pull in the drive-thru sat at the order terminal for 10 minutes nothing nobody came. So I pulled around to the pickup window saw the worker and waited a few more minutes still no help or acknowledgement then I left and went right to Popeyes where there service was on point. no waiting pulled right up ordered and got great service and hot food .if you are having problems or short handed please at least acknowledge the customer and let them know give me the option to wait or not .Just to not acknowledge me when you see me bcuz I seen you look at me and I’m waisting gas ⛽️ and time gas is too expensive for that this is unacceptable do better why is it always us . I’m trying to spend money at your establishment I don’t have to So treat your customers as you want to be treated .very poor service my final rating is. 0 ⭐️ for time and gas ⛽️ waisted and no service .

I ordered 3 Doritos locos tacos combo and the shells were absolutely awful, tasted like they were extremely old and had the strangest taste. I called the store to tell them about it and the lady suggest I get regular shells because when I mentioned a refund she said “we don’t do refund like that”. I’ve never seen an establishment that can’t refund its customers for their own issues. I hope the new tacos don’t taste as bad as the others otherwise I will want my money back. Will update.

This place sucks. I ordered chicken nuggets and was told they were out. I asked to swap for Mexican pizza and they acted like they didn’t want too. After they did. It tasked Burnt af. Food was throw together. Said they were out of baha blast zero. They just didn’t feel like swapping it out. Lazy and pathetic food. Go somewhere else.

I was the only one at the whole restaurant and the wait only took about 5 minutes but the meal I ordered was supposed to come with the avacado sauce for free but the lady charged me for it and then forgot to give it to me and the food was awful I just threw it away. Worst fast food in yazoo and that’s saying a lot, TRUST ME. Go to the McDonald’s but don’t get your hopes up this is yazoo city after all…
