I had the good fortune of stopping at Tom’s while driving through Yazoo City. It was full of happy customers. Service was fast, food arrived right away. Great quality at a very reasonable price.
We were taking photos of the colorful buildings on South Main Street and we saw Tom's and decided to stay for lunch. We like to eat at local owner owned restaurants while traveling and we thoroughly enjoyed our food and the atmosphere at Tom's. It has hih ceilings, interesting art and photographs on the walls and very good food. If you like home town food that you will eat with the local population then I can't rate Tom's highly enough.
This was my first visit to Tom's but it was recommended by my little sister so I came in with high expectations. I was not disappointed! Their chef is amazing with some melt in your mouth pork, rice and gravy, macaroni and cheese, cornbread and greens. The banana pudding was too sweet for me but it did taste good. The lemonade was so good that even after the ice melted and I drove 12 hours to get back home, the sip that was still in my cup was great.More importantly, the...
