[Thu 28-Dec-2023 ~7 pm review after taking talktowendys.com survey and sending same with...] ⭐⭐⭐_ _ Came inside for a chili and choc frosty combo. “We don’t have any chili tonight,” so I asked for freshly made fries and they were as limp and cold as the single’s pink undercooked patty. Will admit the frosty WAS cold—WHOOOOPIE.... Paid $10.45 for one of the WORST meals of my life. 💸🙄 Considering the pathetic other fast food options in Yazoo City, I will unfortunately probably need to return. Also, the tables and floor were far from clean, sink has only cold water in the Men’s Room and no paper towels. The food was prepped fast but that’s a VERY minor point. I have the same expectations as 7 years ago, but something changed and it warranted a fresh review. One of the many cold hard facts of living with AND surviving 59+ years of type-1 diabetes is, well, you gotta suck up the carbs you just precisely calculated and shot up the insulin for to feed the sugar 🍬 monkey 🐒 junkie 💉 on your back—the potential alternatives are not a bed of roses 🚑⚰️. Definitely not worth the insulin this time 👎. Generously subtracting only two stars because Dave’s chili with crackers and a small frosty USUALLY rocks for “manual metabolism” (Read #T1D.)‼️

The place didn't close until 12 . Drive through window open, pull up to order nobody says nothing. Got tired of waiting to order especially since I was the only car there. I pulled off , the girl sitting in the driving through playing with her hair.

Everybody that was working behind the counter was not attentive to the customer line, even after ordering the horseplay was way too much for customers waiting for them to hand them a cup of coffee or just some jelly...too much horseplay!
D-T yazoo city The ice in my drink had melted as if it was sitting for a while and the cheese on my burger was cold and not melted. The d-t was moving steadily so IDK why my food would be cold or watery.

Disgusting!!! I've never been in a dirtier fast food restaurant. The lady was handling chicken nuggets with her bare hands and the woman making the burgers was text on her phone with her gloves on and then handling the food. Never again. The health department needs to visit

This was the nastiest Wendy’s I have ever been too. Everybody had poor attitudes. The bathroom was disgusting, and the lobby looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. We got saucy nuggets that were literally dry nuggets with a puddle of sauce sitting beside them. It was gross. Management was very unhelpful and very unprofessional.

We stopped here on our way to Pensacola. We were pleasantly surprised with great front counter service, fresh food and HOT Fresh Fries!!!!
