This has got to be one of the worst and poorly ran locations ever! Let’s start with the horrific customer service and attitude from the employees. The drive thru order takers are terrible. Next, the orders are 80% of the time wrong. If I order a bacon double stack my sandwich should include bacon!!!! Not tomatoes (which was not ask for nor does it come on the sandwich). I’m so glad that I checked my order prior to leaving. I was told to pull up so my sandwich could be remade and it’ll be brought out to me. After waiting at least 6 mins I went inside and the incompetent workers had no idea that I was waiting and waiting for my food to be recooked. After snapping off and the manager having to be called over. I not only left with the correctly made sandwich (which the manager made herself) but I left with additional food and a full refund. This location needs to be closed or the entire team needs to fired. It’s truly a-shame how horrible this restaurant is!

How in the world is the Wendy’s in Yazoo a top 200 rating? Don’t go unless you want to deal with a LOT of bad attitudes. Cashier would not give receipt. Asked to pull up after drinks and ice cream received. No straws. Ice cream was wrong. Several cars passed as we waited. Backed up to window when drive through was empty. Was told 20 seconds left on timer and to pull up again bc couldn’t wait at window. Five employees stood there giving ugly looks, one snickering. Five minutes later, someone hung out the window and told me to back up. A worker with braces handed out the bag and walked away when I tried to talk to her. I know I was hungry and exhausted but I really don’t know anything we said or did to make them treat us like that. Oh! And they put the receipt in the bag! That was a first. They’ve NEVER given up a receipt. Whoever the girl with braces in the blue shirt was, is a terrible example of someone in customer service. The only good thing I can say is: the food was okay, except the snickerdoodle frosty didn’t have the cookies (?) on it. I almost asked for my money back because I was worried they may have done something to it.

The night manager is an absolute rude lady who does not need to work in customer service. Saw her be rude to every person in there including the customers and employees. She was rude to the employee trying to help us, and then kicked us out of the lobby bc it was apparently late and closed(but open for customers to come in) and we were already ordering. It’s a Shame Wendy’s has someone as their manager at all. I own a business and was mortified the way she was treating customers, if it would’ve been in my business she would be fired immediately.

We stopped at this Wendy’s while passing through on our way back from vacation. Even though it was busy, ordering was quick and the food came out correctly. However, the cleanliness of the restaurant was disappointing. Both ketchup dispensers were empty, the drink machine barely worked, and one of the two bathroom stalls had no toilet paper. Tables, windows, and doors all looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It seems like this location could really use some attention when it comes to upkeep and maintenance.

To say the least, the employees do not enjoy their job. The food was good, and the inside is clean. Invest in new staff and this would be great.

Service was slower than my grandma crawling out of a pool of molasses in the middle of winter after two hip replacements. One girl was wearing both headphones and working the front end. Yolanda was very sweet and very very nice! I would make her the manager if she's not already. She was the only one who had an ounce of customer service and a smile. Pretty clean facility, aside from one bathroom stall. Please please give her a raise! She still took time to be friendly and give good service although there was a line out the door. Never let Yolanda go or the place will probably catch on fire. And the nuggets slap of course. 10/10 on food. 5/10 on service ( literally only because I like Yolanda so much. Otherwise, -5/10) 9/10 on the facility itself.
