Hate it here! Every single time I come in the morning with a coupon it's an issue. The coupon will simply say what it's for and if it doesn't work the worker stands there clueless so this happening a 5th time I ask for the manager well guess what she's just as clueless as the worker. & does nothing about it. This is the only time of the day I have this issue. How are you the manager and don't understand what to do?

After waiting, AGAIN, got home the burger had jalapeños on it...couldn't eat....

Typically, Wendy's is my favorite for when I want fast food burgers & fries. This particular location frequently has long wait times for ordering food because it stays busy; but the food is consistently good.

Do not believe any good reviews for anywhere around here it’s hit or miss more often than not the emplyees are unmotivated, can’t do simple math, and can’t understand simple directions it’s not the business its the employees a drug test should be a requirement to get a job there

Crazy busy and employees not working! Manager sitting in the office chatting on the phone. The cashier at the front wouldn't take our order till they got caught up...We should have walked out... but had hungry grandkids. The store is in need of some serious customer service training!

Whoever the girl is at the drive thru does not need to be doing that job. She frequently interrupts you and if you order anything other than how it is originally made (i.e.: only mustard) she can not comprehend. She tells you how it comes originally. Also, you will rarely actually get what you order. I.E.: instead of two jr. Bacon cheeseburgers, you might get a double stack 4 for 4 ? I never have issues in the mornings, but, late afternoon/evenings, the service is terrible, especially drive thru. I usually don't do reviews like this as everyone gives bad service sometimes, but, it has been multiple times with this one lady. I will not be going there again.
