“Hadn't stopped by in a while, so the menu had some exciting items. Everything looked good but i just did a plate of Parmesan Fries cause I'm BASIC ;) Those fries were not basic. Great flavor, texture, cheese, herbs, and a big enough portion for two people! As always there was at least one beer i could drink (I'm so picky) and it was on Nitro, Sweet Nitro bubbles! ...my friend had a cider and she loved it too. Glad for this new establishment. Keep going Mike!”

“Amazing breakfast sandwich. We were in town and tried 2 other places in town with no success. We found Rising Trout and the staff went out of their way to make me a breakfast sandwich. Literally with their last egg. They put it on a ham and cheese roll. There are just enough words to describe the deliciousness. Thank you for making my morning.”

“Josie is a great barista - kind, patient, positive & very knowledgeable in helping us decide what to try. My kids LOVED the bobas in their Italian sodas and the delicious donuts. Could definitely have spent an afternoon on the shaded patio - very pleasant atmosphere . Fun local jewelry display too. Would definitely recommend!!”
