Since you choose to block my sister for your terrible service. and do to your comments such as bashing. Let's start we wouldn't bash if you actually had excellent customer service. Stress isn't excuse please act like we haven't worked it. You were entitled to treat your customers very poorly. We are entitled to freedom of speech Real petty blocking me on Facebook after stating what happened what a restaurant you guys are. Honestly NEVER going back on Valentine’s Day there were 4 of us as we walked in we waiting for 15 minutes as we watched servers and staff look at us and walk away after all the time the bartender eventually asks us if we have a reservation we said yes and they rolled their eyes and then asked us for our name they then proceeded to bring us into a room that seats 8 the other half of the table was a disaster dirty plates and cups the bartender then proceeds to fill up one cup of water and walks away we waited for 30 minutes until they brought in 2 other people to share the table with us and the other side was still dirty they grabbed the plates and whatnot but didn’t even wipe down the table it was a young couple probably celebrating their first valentine day I don’t blame them for leaving we asked the host for water and she just walks away another 30 minutes goes by and we finally get our server she asks us what protein we wanted, after she was done taking my parents order she moved over to me and my significant other which we were sharing a plate as we already ate and wanted to spend valentine day with my family the server seemed irritated when we said that which didn’t make sense in the being we asked for waters yet again and after 15 more minutes we finally got some water the waiter is serving our apps and she’s pretty much tossing them down as stuff is falling off the plates we finally get our food the steak was severely undercooked and the sea bass was overcooked the server then didn't come back for another hour the waiter come in throws down the check and tells us the tip is included in there we look at the price IT WAS 125 PER PERSON and a gratuity of 100 dollars which was a 27% tip with terrible and rude service I understand people are stressed but with how much they are getting tipped I wouldn’t be mad or rude
I understand you were very busy in Valentine’s Day, but to have shared seating with random couples is crazy to expect people to be happy with. The food was good, extremely pricey, but good. We will not return, plenty other fine restaurants in Butte where you can expect your own table and pay less than half price for a great meal!!
I want to start out by saying usually this restaurant is great. I don’t like to leave negative reviews and I understand every business has its bad days. This Valentine’s Day was definitely one of them. So for starters we booked a dinner for two on Valentine’s Day over a month ago! We arrived 5 minutes early for our scheduled reservation only to not be acknowledged by any of the staff for at least 10 minutes. We finally got acknowledged and another 5 minutes goes by and we are led into the side room with this 8 person table with 4 people already sitting on one side of it! I asked the waitress if she does in fact have the right party and give her my name again. She repeats yes this is you sorry we are over booked. Mind you we have waited 15 minutes just to be sat at a table with 4 other people. (How romantic) anyways we sit there for a couple minutes those people still haven’t got any water and they obviously feel uncomfortable because 2 strangers are sitting in on their dinner. We had the same uncomfortable feeling. How can we have a romantic evening being at a table with other people. Being upset and uncomfortable we told the waitress the we were leaving because we had booked a dinner for 2 over a month ago not 6 and we did not want to ruin the other people’s dinner as well. What I don’t understand is Valentine’s Day is supposed to be a loving time with your others. Why would you over book your restaurant that bad and even think about sitting couples with other groups! I am severely dissatisfied with the outcome and will probably not be back again. The good news is I was able to get the last two steaks at Safeway and cook my own dinner. Also according to the google reviews this happened to other people as well and was over priced for that night.
Good food nice people

This is an authentic Italian restaurant in the heart of the Rockies - Butte, America! Sonia, our chef, is brilliant and puts love into every dish. No matter the season, the atmosphere is electric. Try the Lobster Ravioli or feast on the Prime Rib. Uptown Butte's best and definitely one of the best restaurants in the entire region. Don't forget the Canolis. Va bene! Ciao!!!

We had a 7:00 reservation. We arrived on time and were seated. We were then ignored for about 20 minutes. Finally, a waitress came and took our appetizer order. By 8:00, we had received only one of the appetizers. We gave up. As we were walking out, we were told that the appetizers were “almost ready”. We really can’t rate the food since we got very little of it. But it is very expensive and not worth the wait.

Walked in without a reservation. The hostess acted as if she was performing a minor miracle and seated us, then walked away. Staff ignored us for 20 minutes. We walked away. Other patrons were seated after us and were served right away. Something wrong with a place that cannot engage a customer for that amount of time. There is no excuse for that treatment of customers and their money. Spend your time and money elsewhere.

We had a 530 pm reservation and when we arrived, there was only one couple seated in the restaurant. They were willing to accommodate vegetarian options. We ordered within 15 minutes, and a charcuterie board was brought out. We did not get our salad, until 6:30 PM at that time the restaurant was then busier, but other people were getting their food, salads, entrée, etc. At 6:15 we told the waiter that we had a 7 o’clock concert to go to and we needed to get our food. He said he would bring it out with the salads at 6:50. We still did not have food. When leaving, they told us oh but your food is ready, but it was not on the table. They sent to us with our pasta entrées, which were bland and very small portions, but we were unable to eat them because we had the concert to and they did not provide us with the dessert we paid for, there were three of us at the table and at $50 each this meal was a total waste of money. There wasn’t an apology from the server or host. We don’t plan to return. Whether this is a one time event, I am still disappointed in the service.

The menu was a bit confusing and very expensive. I ordered a salad ? add steak, which was $16.99 add steak $25.99. Which I thought ok maybe it's a small portion. We got the bill, and I spent $43.00 for a steak salad. That had way too much salad for one person. I would have spent the extra $20 for a two course meal. ? our server did not explain what we were getting at all. The owner was very lovely, but it was kind of a bummer to spend the $$$ that we did and didn't even get a meal out of it. I will be passing through Butte often, and I will not be back sad to say.

Dinner was excellent! The lasagne is so much better than any restaurant we've been to. Lobster ravioli is fabulous. Tiramisu was excellent. Order the 4 course dinner and prepare for the best Italian food ever!

Dining at La Casa Toscana was nothing short of an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the owner, operator, and chef, who is an absolute delight—a welcoming soul that sets the tone for the evening.
The meal began with a tasteful small board that teased the palate, followed by an amazing salad that was fresh and flavorful. But the real magic happens with the main course—flavor town, USA! The handmade pasta dishes were outstanding, with the lobster ravioli standing out as the best lobster dish I've had west of New England.
And just when you think it can't get any better, the meal concludes with a lemon cake that perfectly rounds off the evening, leaving your taste buds thoroughly satisfied.
The staff was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the prices were reasonable for the quality of the experience. La Casa Toscana is a home run in every sense—food, drinks, service, and ambiance. I can’t wait to return and explore more of what they have to offer!
