Their crust is a thin, crispy style without much leavening like you would get in St. Louis or Chicago tavern style pizza, which isn't everyone's favorite but it is mine. An XL Haufbrau Special weighs a solid 8 pounds and that crispy crust is a great base for the generous toppings they dish out.“
