Watch what you are being charged for. I was overcharged on an item and when I enquired why I was being charged for more than the price on the drive thru board, I was told because the prices change so much it probably wasn't updated yet.
That is not legal boys. When asked who the manager was, the kid said he is. Sorry kid, I gave you the opportunity to fix it, but you were adamant.
As manager, updating prices is literally your job!

Ok place for ice cream.

Always super slow and always out of stock on so many ice cream items! I have been to many DQ locations, and this one is awful.

Was here with 30 guys. The owner and staff were extremely helpful

The prices are ridiculous, flat no flavor soda, & tiny portions of poorly cooked items. So gross, we will not be back.

Ordered two meals and cheese curds, came to $43 and cashier couldn’t tell us how it’s that much. And the nuggets weren’t sauces, and the fries were dead cold. Will not be returning.

At first I would order my blizzard and the bottom half inch wouldn't have any flavor or cookie pieces or anything. It was just plain vanilla ice cream. A little annoying but nothing to get upset at. But now half of my blizzard is just vanilla ice cream. I don't know what the problem is but I only experience this problem at this DQ. Please mix your blizzards guys!

Disgusting. I bought ice cream and food. I was told to pull out front and wait for my food AFTER they had made my ice cream and given it to me. I waited until my food came. But by that time the ice cream had melted all over my car. Also, what is wrong with the chicken strips? They are quite petite.

It’s pretty sad when you spend 50+ bucks on a meal for your family and it turns out this way.

Cold green burger patties, unmelted cheese, no veggies except pickles (which I couldn't bite thru because of a hard rubbery texture) on the double deluxe burger I asked for. Took a very long time, especially considering the food wasn't fresh . 8/11/2024 at 2:35 pm

It’s over 96 degrees out today and my friends birthday . I went to pick up her cake through the drive through and was told for cake I would have to come inside after sitting in the drive through a long time . I didn’t come inside due to not wanting my dog to get hot inside my car and him to eat the b day pizza I had picked up earlier . I told them this and was told the Manager said the won’t give the premade cake to you through the window like all the other food . The window is very close and in shade . Customer service always sucks here with these managers Shannon and Amanda . I’m paying top dollar for these cakes when I come get them .
