Not enough workers.
I used to love this DQ fries, they were crispy and perfect. Now they are limp and undercooked. Had to throw them away, afraid they are raw.

Very poor service, forgot my large fries, toast for the chicken box and all the food was cold. We live 5 min away, and my blizzard was already liquid. No staws for our drinks. Maybe make your food before making your ice cream. Im so done with you guys, we pay a lot of money to get your food. Next time im suing, so you better get your stuff together.....

Watch what you are being charged for. I was overcharged on an item and when I enquired why I was being charged for more than the price on the drive thru board, I was told because the prices change so much it probably wasn't updated yet.
That is not legal boys. When asked who the manager was, the kid said he is. Sorry kid, I gave you the opportunity to fix it, but you were adamant.
As manager, updating prices is literally your job!

Always super slow and always out of stock on so many ice cream items! I have been to many DQ locations, and this one is awful.

The prices are ridiculous, flat no flavor soda, & tiny portions of poorly cooked items. So gross, we will not be back.
Ordered two meals and cheese curds, came to $43 and cashier couldn’t tell us how it’s that much. And the nuggets weren’t sauces, and the fries were dead cold. Will not be returning.
At first I would order my blizzard and the bottom half inch wouldn't have any flavor or cookie pieces or anything. It was just plain vanilla ice cream. A little annoying but nothing to get upset at. But now half of my blizzard is just vanilla ice cream. I don't know what the problem is but I only experience this problem at this DQ. Please mix your blizzards guys!
