Stopped by Rice last night to get my Thai food fix and was mostly satisfied with my pad med ma muang stir fry adventure. I asked them to amp up the heat and boy did they deliver. Normal vs extra spicy vs. Thai spicy. I did the mid option and it was fire. Sure, I would have liked a bit more complex flavor balancing out the inferno happening in my mouth, but the tender veggies and rice made for a filling meal. The food was good, we had the chicken satay, spring rolls with peanut sauce, pad key may, and pineapple fried rice.the only reason for 4 stars vs 5 is I ordered extra spice on my pineapple fried rice and it has hardly any spice. Most Thai places I have been extra spice is enough heat to clear sinuses.
