The super hero that wasn’t so super… after receiving my sandwich I proceeded to eat the sandwich in my truck and noticed that the bread was stale and hard as a rock. I attempted to notify a worker and was told that the bread was made yesterday, and it’s not stale. I was not offered a new sandwich instead had to ask for a refund. Sad to see a good sandwich shop go so far downhill.

Very disappointed. This place used to be awesome but not anymore. My 12” Turkey, Bacon, Avocado was pretty much just a loaf of bread. Barely any meat in sandwich, only 2 thin slices and the Avocado was almost non-existent. Will not be back and way overpriced for the quality and portions.

I feel bad leaving bad reviews but I swear not ONE time have I ordered from here and gotten the right order. Today two sandwiches were wrong. By the time you drive home what is the point of going back? Also the woman taking orders today is borderline rude. It’s super easy to smile back at people and say have a nice day too. Check your order every time. Despite her rudeness I left a 20% tip fyi.

Started timing our wait after we sat for about 5mins (was used to a bit of a wait with the original owners) still took another 15minutes for 2 6” sandwiches. Took a couple bites of mine - it was falling apart even though there wasn’t much for filling - rolled up the rest and threw it in the trash. It was mushy, no flavor (when does chicken teriyaki have no flavor?!), and half the filling had dripped out in those few bites. A favorite staple is no longer.
