We decided to stop and try Heros today. Sandwiches were good. Service was TERRIBLE, 3 employees. One was on her phone in the back, one was cooking and one was standing next to cook laughing and joking with him ignoring the counter while we and other customers were standing there waiting to order. We would have stayed to eat our sandwiches but the tables were disgusting. We won't be back.

Not worth the time or money. Under portioned, overpriced, and the service is simply not there. It's obvious they do not care about the customer or their products. I loved this place and now I won't even speak their name. Another example of greed and poor business operations destroying a local favorite in the Gallatin valley.

This was the spot in high school and 15 years later it is still THE spot. Breakfast sandwiches are out of this world.
Was very disappointed. Been going to Heros since it was in the Southeast side of the building. Spent $21 including a tip for a sandwich that had barely anything on it. Got a Cheese Steak. Staff was very unfriendly including throwing my sandwich on the counter and walking away. It wasn’t even busy. Similar has happened on other recent visits. Just sad to see the new Heros isn’t anything to tell your friends about.

Really great sandwiches at reasonable prices. They make them quick too, around 5 minutes in & out. They also seem to use real thick cut bacon on the sandwiches rather than that flimsy mediocre bacon that a lot of places use these days.

The super hero that wasn’t so super… after receiving my sandwich I proceeded to eat the sandwich in my truck and noticed that the bread was stale and hard as a rock. I attempted to notify a worker and was told that the bread was made yesterday, and it’s not stale. I was not offered a new sandwich instead had to ask for a refund. Sad to see a good sandwich shop go so far downhill.
