ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered a customized sub and my wife did too. Both of our orders were nothing like what we ordered. My wife called in, confirmed and asked them to toast the sandwiches which they apparently forgot. To top it off, the gluten free bread if absolutely terrible.

I made an online order because of limited time and as I get down the road my son opens his sandwich that has a note saying you no longer will heat the ham.... how about you practice some customer service and call the number on the order or even better yet when im at the store picking it up say something..... my son will not eat cold lunch meat nor did I have time to fix it. Thank you for wasting my money

I’d be ashamed and embarrassed to tell anyone I owned this establishment or work here with how it’s currently run. It’s been consistently poor service for a long time. Food quality is hit or miss.

The food is good cause it has nothing to do with the employees. Almost everyone in there is moving as slow as possible. It’s called “fast food”. I ordered online and watched them make my 6in sub for almost 20min. I could’ve done it in 2 minutes. Then they didn’t even care to look to see if I had a drink so I had to ask them to grab me one and they looked so confused. Very careless slow workers.

I really enjoy the subs from Jersey Mike's, I wish we had one in my home town.
My first experience here, they had no bacon, waited for bacon after already starting my order not knowing I'd have to wait, were extremely rude about it. (This was not at all that big of a deal) Next visit, did online and they lost my order, gave me 2 free sandwiches for a later date. Our visit today. All I can say is there is no communication between the staff. They were complaining about a coworker that kept going outside (bigger lady). She ended up saying again how she just needed to step outside as we left. Everytime I go in they are so frantic and annoyed, no smiles, or hey how are you? Younger girl making sandwich made my kids sandwich wrong, was so clearly annoyed by me when I told her it was wrong, went to scrape off the toppings which I was so amazed by. The other girl working the grill had such a terrrible direct attitude towards me when saying they've been busy today. They are always busy. Ran out of white bread and I don't like the other breads, so I went hungry and left hungry. Currently watching my family eat their sandwich as I just write this. Everytime we have gone they are so busy and complaining about getting an employee to come in and help. The counters looked like they hadn't been wiped off in hours. Then after all that they lost my husbands sandwich.. again. The only thing I can say about me even thinking about going back is I love the food, and the one guy working didn't catch his name (he was African American) he was friendly, accommodating. He was holding that whole team together by himself. Didn't let stress get to him. He deserves a raise. The three girls working need a class on customer service. Guess I’ll have to drive to the further jersey mikes from now on to enjoy a sandwich ?♀️
