The food is good but the staff routinely mess up my orders and they are never ready on time. I have arrived many times and they haven’t even started. It’s a little pricey for a sandwich

I door dash from here atleast once a week! I LOVE THE SANDWICHES... I also miss subway... There is a lot of room inside. No need to feel crowded when walking in, standing in line, or ordering food. I grabbed a cold sandwich and a hot one... Customer Service was on point!

Love the food but the service was terrible. No employee even said hi they walked around didn’t acknowledge customers. Didn’t listen to customers when the customer was asked to provide a response. There was 1 employee doing 4 things then all of the sudden 2 walked out to help but barely did that.

Little discrepancy with the app and getting my order. But the staff was very helpful and made it right. Top notch.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! I ordered a customized sub and my wife did too. Both of our orders were nothing like what we ordered. My wife called in, confirmed and asked them to toast the sandwiches which they apparently forgot. To top it off, the gluten free bread if absolutely terrible.

I made an online order because of limited time and as I get down the road my son opens his sandwich that has a note saying you no longer will heat the ham.... how about you practice some customer service and call the number on the order or even better yet when im at the store picking it up say something..... my son will not eat cold lunch meat nor did I have time to fix it. Thank you for wasting my money

I’d be ashamed and embarrassed to tell anyone I owned this establishment or work here with how it’s currently run. It’s been consistently poor service for a long time. Food quality is hit or miss.

The food is good cause it has nothing to do with the employees. Almost everyone in there is moving as slow as possible. It’s called “fast food”. I ordered online and watched them make my 6in sub for almost 20min. I could’ve done it in 2 minutes. Then they didn’t even care to look to see if I had a drink so I had to ask them to grab me one and they looked so confused. Very careless slow workers.
