Of the 4 times I’ve ever ordered from here they have messed my order up every single time(tonight for example I had zero extras on my roast beef sandwich and my wife’s was turkey with extras-but they mixed up the ingredients and didn’t get the sandwich I ordered). DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

If a sub is going to take more than 20 minutes I really think the staff should say something. Not sure what happened but that’s long for anywhere and not what folks expect. Not acknowledging it is strange.

The food is good but the staff routinely mess up my orders and they are never ready on time. I have arrived many times and they haven’t even started. It’s a little pricey for a sandwich

I door dash from here atleast once a week! I LOVE THE SANDWICHES... I also miss subway... There is a lot of room inside. No need to feel crowded when walking in, standing in line, or ordering food. I grabbed a cold sandwich and a hot one... Customer Service was on point!

Love the food but the service was terrible. No employee even said hi they walked around didn’t acknowledge customers. Didn’t listen to customers when the customer was asked to provide a response. There was 1 employee doing 4 things then all of the sudden 2 walked out to help but barely did that.
