We ordered about $150 worth of pizza for a child’s birthday party so it was a pickup order. When we arrived, an additional 18% gratuity was added to the total withOUT it being disclosed at the time the order was called in and NO choice given. Had it not been for a birthday party with a house full for people waiting, we would have walked out.
