I have been delivering for Burget King through both Uber Ears and Doordash for nearly four years. During that time it has been frequently a very frustrating restaurant to pick up from. But that has immensely changed and I would credit a lot of that to employees like Maddie. She is efficient and dedicated to the needs of the customer and does it all with a friendly, kind smile. My ratings are due to onr person there. Her name is Madi.I come here daily and Madi has amazing customer service skills. One would never know if she is having a hectic or bad day. She checks all of the orders to make sure they are correct BEFORE they lrave her hands. This young lady needs to be graduated to your management program. She is that good!

I have made it a habit to stop at the belgrae BK when coming home from Bozeman. I stoped there thurs 06/16/22 and unfortunately got a lousy meal. Burger was lukewarm at best, was so disarranged it looked like it had been dropped on the floor and stale. Onion rings cold and very stale,not worth eating and in fact ended up as wildlife food. A very bad experience and i ended up stying hungry for another 60 miles of travel.
