I have ordered from them multiple times and every time they are missing something. It's not the door dashers fault because they don't open the bag which I'm ok with but the employees at McDonald's are constantly forgetting certain item orders. It's aggravating because I pay for the food and then don't get my whole order and then I call and no one answers ever! This place has gone down hill so much.

They never have anybody working the front counter and expect cash costumers to order through the kiosk and go to any open till with their receipt yet nobody is operating the tills. The employees don't care about their job and management won't hire locals who would care.

This McD is consistent with the McDonald's brand in service and food quality. It appears Kiosk ordering is preferred. I chose to order by talking to an employee. It is quicker that way.

Customer service was terrible. I had a mix-up on my order, and I had to ask multiple times for my order to be fixed. Only the manager spoke english
Some background information in 2022, the restaurants in belgrade and bozeman. were sold to another franchisee, and the quality of customer service has gone downhill ever since.

The only reason this is getting 4 stars is because of the manager, Juan! I was in the drive thru and no one would help me. I sat there for about 10 minutes before I pulled out and went inside. Juan was the employee who greeted me at the counter, I informed Juan of the situation and ordered inside. He helped me so much and made sure I got my order. He made me feel like a vauled customer despite how my expeirence started. Thank you Juan! I will be happy to say I will go back again.

Arrived to pick up a delivery and waited near the counter, never got greeted. After 5 minutes, I noticed they put a delivery bag on a table in the back, and they continued to make other orders. after 6 other orders went out, I had to yell at the workers in the back to give me the order that was sitting on the table for over 10 minutes. all the workers didn't speak English and didn't have customer service skills. Worst mcdonalds in the state. I can see why this location has so many 1-star reviews on Google. I'm not going to accept any more deliveries from this location. It's not worth my time. Time is money for us delivery drivers. This is Montana. You should have more English speaking workers and better customer service to delivery drivers and customers.

my friend and i are on a severely long drive and wanted to stop for food. We ordered breakfast at 10:22am on the app and planned to go through the drive through. when we arrived they told us we couldn’t have the breakfast we ordered, would just cancel the order, and wouldn’t try to help. was not friendly
