Being from Northern California, every great donut shop is owned by a Cambodian or Laotian family. The donuts are fantastic.Since moving to Montana, every donut here is too heavy or just doesn't taste great. Raised donuts and cake donuts are just not good. Today we found New Day Bakery. Bought cake, raised, jelly and a big twist. The donuts are fantastic. Just like the Bay Area. When in Belgrade and you are craving donuts, New Day Bakery is for you!!
The best, most fresh donuts! The plain raised glazed is my favorite... Simple, yet rivals any bakery anywhere. It is light, fluffy, and not a bit dry. You can also tell they use fresh oil for frying.
