I wanted to go out of my way and write this- we order pizza here pretty much once per week and not once have they got my order wrong. Tonight my driver whose name I didn’t catch but props- forgot my spicy ranch, no big deal I love their ranch but I’ll survive without it, this guy comes back 20 minutes later and brought me my spicy ranch. I didn’t ask or expect it. Amazing customer service. You guys are the best

I don’t normally order online but their menu wasn’t posted so I ordered through their platform. Their wing special did not apply to the online order and they refused to refund it when I went to pick up the order. They said they can only apply the special over phone orders. They were rude about it when I asked and acted like it was my fault because I paid online. They could have at least given us a free fountain drink because the amount we were overcharged was five dollars.
Also no call or notification or estimated time that my food was ready.
After trying the wings they were slimy and disgusting with barely any sauce. Definitely not worth $10, let alone the $15 we were charged. The pizza was alright but nothing special. It was cut weird. The only thing worth the money was the breadsticks. I always want to eat local pizza but this was a situation where pizza hut or dominos would have actually been better.

They do also have great local ice cream. We had the huckleberry ice cream… get it! It’s even cheaper than the store next door and really good!

6/6/25. Things are very strange at Rosas these days. I attempted to order a meal tonight, and was out of the blue, blacklisted. My wife and I have lived in Belgrade for 28 years, and have supported this company I would guess at least a hundred times, through many different owners. Friday night feasts, family and friends gathering, our children and grandchildren birthday parties, corporate parties etc...Even after an unfortunate incident in 20/20 with a delivery driver who was very rude and unfit to be representing Rosas pizza., we have still been supportivre. That incident was resolved when the owner herself came to deliver an order and was welcomed in to our house to deliver our meal. The topic of the incident came up, and she informed us that that particular employee had been let go because of being unfit to continue working for tbe company. We are not sure if this lady still owns the company, but that afternoon she took the time to talk with us and was lovely. Over the years ordering from Rosa's, we have had so many delivery people in to our house, it would be hard to count. We have a very beautiful, well lit home. We treat professional delivery folks with the utmost respect, we tip very well. Until recently, we have had delivery people from Rosa's in the foyer of our house to set down tbe meal on our table and take care of business. We always think its reasonable to welcome folks in to get out of the cold, as well to make certain our often curious kitty Sully deosnt manage to dart out the door. If Rosas has changed policys recently, thats there business, but it took me offguard because as I stated earlier, it was never an issue before for 28 years. Montana hospitality has always been our way, but we will no longer be offering that hospitality to this company. An unfortunate end to a long relationship.

Really good pizza. Heavy on the cheese which I like. We had 1/2 Rosa 1/2 Meat. Both types were very good. Also had garlic bread with ranch. Ranch is delicious. Friendly staff. We had takeout and took to our hotel as we were traveling. They provided plates and silverware.
