Removed the soft taco meal and completely changed around the menu #s and items for no reason. The girl who was taking my order was also snarky when I asked for a second due to the menu changes and if they still had the meal.

I had some of the worst drive thru service. I actually heard the person sigh when I asked for a moment to figure out what I wanted to order. Then the person kept asking if I wanted different items on the menu, which got very frustrating. Then once I got my order it wasn’t all there.

I ordered a 12 pack of soft shell supreme taco with extra meat and cheese and easy lettuce. The extra meat and cheese was a twenty dollar addition and they didn’t do any thing that I requested and paid for. My 12 pack of tacos and two meat burritos was $69 dollars. That is ridiculous amount of money for tacos that aren’t even made right. I will be very verbal about how Taco Bell has completely fallen off with the quality of their food but they are charging the equivalent amount as a normal restaurant. Every single time for the last 3 years that Taco Bell offers the Carmel Apple Empenanda it's sold out at this location when I order it. Seriously, they're frozen so they'll last for MONTHS. Fix it and get an manager that knows how to order product.

This is the last time I will be eating at this joke of a restaurant. They should close it down in my opinion serving cold food with no meat on it that’s what I got.

I went in today to grab some food like a burrito, only to find this sad, not full, not made right, burrito. This isn't what I paid for and it is honestly sad. The moment I picked it up it slipped right out of the packageing which was also not wrapped correctly.

I mean it's tacobell, food is consistent and very quick to get. I normally go thru drive thru but I had a complicated order. I started using the tablet but there was too many substitutions so I asked to have my order taken old school. The kids took great care of me and didn't make me feel dumb for asking. There was some young gal there though that was kind of rough in the way she talked to the rest of the employees and when she dropped my food at the counter it was a quick yell, no eye contact or smile, definitely was just processed. Basically a robot in human form. Oh well, that's the way this world is going. Making it real easy to loss your job to a robot though lol

Went through the drive-through to get a snack and had to wait 45 minutes in line. It was frustrating because once you’re in the line you can’t get out. They had a sign outside starting pay for $25 an hour. So they clearly are trying to get employees in there. Once I made it up to the window, I could see that everyone inside was working very hard, and the cashier was super nice and smile despite all the stress. I didn’t even have to say a word and I was headed a coupon for a free taco due to the weight. I don’t think I’ve had any fast food place do something like that ever. So I just want to say good job to them and good job to the manager. I will also note that the food was perfect
