Came here on 5/29/25 and the two free items i got were awesome however the food my daugter paied for was rock hard. Its pretty clear that they are cooking things and putting them under a warmer and who cares if its hard enuff to pop in a purse and knock somebody out with.. 10 out of 10 could not give that to my dog it would have broken his teeth. However as a positive note they did replace the purse bricks with cold food.. but it was much softer. So.. i mean there we are then.

I ordered DoorDash and just received my bag. The bag was SEALED. I got the WRONG drink, half of my food is missing and I got NO sauces. I ordered a CHALUPA COMBO and got NO CHALUPAS!! Only the drink and the hard taco. For 20 dollars!!!

Every time I come in and add jalapeños to my burritos, I either dont get any, or get 1 or 2 per burrito. I had them remade once and the burritos were cold. Really tired of this.

Terrible i waited over an hour for my food and it wasn't my dashers fault he was waiting on tacobell!! Terrible service and not good with having food ready in a timely manner

Make sure you check your food before leaving. Somehow these employees mangaged to forget the steak in my steak burrito. How is this even possible.

I continue to be disappointed when ordering hard shell tacos with extra meat, only to get the same amount of product normally provided. Please train your staff to pay attention to custom orders and provide what the customer has paid for.
