The service was great same with the food, I got the lamb which was really good and the pine nuts I wish were roasted which is why I am giving a 4 star. The pine nuts were mushy, not much texture

I ordered an espresso and they brought me some strong drip coffee in an espresso cup.The soup tasted canned and the spaghetti was overdone. Beef carpaccio was good though as well as the service.

Called a couple hours in advance to inquire about a food allergy, had seen pictures on here of their pizza, asked about that and they said none of my allergens were in the pizza. Awesome.Walked in, restaurant was more than half empty. They told us we couldn't get a table for several hours. OK, weird but no problem, we will sit at the bar. Bar looked good.We sit down at the bar, no pizza on the menu. OK, that's weird. Asked the bartender about the pizza. He tells us there is a fast food pizza place on the other end of the building and they don't serve pizza at this restaurant. I explained that I called and inquired about ingredients/allergens and was given an answer that I'd be fine, not that they don't serve pizza. Guy doesn't apologize or anything just tells us that the woman who took the call has gotten complaints about being rude so she must have just been being nice and answering on behalf of the totally separate pizza place on the other end of the building. Bro, if I wanted to know about their pizza, I would have called them. That makes no sense. Maybe just apologize for the miscommunication. She's not the rude one, he is.

Go for the salmon, not for the pasta. Pasta was chalky and not flavourful, was very surprised considering we were recommended the restaurant. The service was amazing, too bad the food was sub par.

Out of lasagna the night we went! How does a Italian restaurant not have lasagna?! Ice tea was terrible and the tomatoes in my caprese were green on the inside. This was such a disappointing meal! Will not be coming back. The service was good though.

Noise level is always up a bit during Apre Ski hours, but there are more private dining areas as well. Our meals were served hot & well presented. Lasagna was great, portion provided a great lunch next day also. Bison raviolis were new to me and also well done and tasty . Service was nicely paced while we enjoyed a nice bottle of Montepulcaino.

One of the only finer dining options we could find. The food was very satisfying. I had a salad with scallops and my husband had lasagna with bison/elk meat sauce. Service was kind and fast and the decor is pretty interesting too. Great variety of GF options too. We will definitely be going back!

Everything was great! Presentation of food was very nice, I happen to be WFPB and the menu had several choices and to make it even easier, everything was labeled. Decor was elegant and seating very comfortable. Service was very good. It was a bit noisy but that was the crowd, not sure it had anything to do with the establishment. Will be making reservations again.

We had the gnocchi last Feb, 2019. It was off the charts good. We went back to Austin and searched all over for gnocchi that came close to no avail. Believe it or not that dish was a main driver in coming back to big sky. We are here now, dined there first of course and were madly disappointed. The gnocchi was a lot heavier, sauce was much heavier and it was overwhelming salty. Couldn't taste the truffle at all. We both ordered the same dish. My husband returned his and I hate about a third of mine because I didn't want to cause a scene. Christian, our waiter, waited on us last year. We recognized him right off the bat. Please have your chef taste the food before it goes out. I love salt and I could barely eat it. We are here leaving Saturday am. We had planned to come back for more gnocchi but sadly won't. I tried to find a private link to share this information but couldn't so I am using this format.

Unbelievable. My experience has been that at ski resorts, even the "best" restaurants are mediocre. Not so here. Every dish is immaculately prepared in true Italian style. Well worth the visit. This place would cut it in NYC.

This is a fine casual italian place with probably a little too much oil and grease for my taste but perfectly adequate to the task of some pasta in a warm and friendly venue. We had the meatballs and arugula to start followed by the carbonara and ravioli. Everything was fine just not amazing and probably a little saucier than we might have liked.

This was our first ski trip to Big Sky. We didn't know what to expect when it came down to vegetarian food options and were pleasantly surprised! So good, So fresh and so freaking delicious. The ambience is elevated and the service is good! We had Eggplant Fries *The sauces were delish*, Caprese Salad w the freshest heirloom tomatoes and a hearty Lasagna w tomato sauce. Full and happy!

Disappointed in the Pasta Dishes. Ordered a Carie of dishes and thought it would be best to stick with pasta since it was an Italian restaurant. Turned out the steak and lamb were the items of choice. Service did not feel welcoming. Had a party of 9 on two tables had to ask to add and additional table even though restaurant was pretty empty. Wait staff was not very happy about it, but hostess accommodated our request.

Friendly and prompt service. We had an early reservation to ensure we got a table. The food was good and our water glasses were always full.
